Your advertisement at fb was deceptive. You promised under the name of "Kotsovolos" to sell cheap laptops to older people. I paid for the laptop and I waited for the good. Instead you charged my card 5 times for 46,01 euros. I leave on a pension and 230 euros are money for me.

Now What?

They keep pushing me to delete my review or edit it! That's not how a professional website works! I have a screen shots of how they scammed me throug Facebook page selling perfumes i wanted to buy (every thing looks good) and after I entered my credit card data that's when the Magic happened! big amount of money where deducted and after I was going to buy a 50 SAR perfume founded my self having a membership costs me 300 SAR.

Tried to cancel the membership to get my money back they told me to give them a 4, 5 stars review so they could give the money back. At that time I knew no money will be refunded they took the money and wanted to take a high review also.

They made me deactivate the credit card and order a new one from the bank because they had the old one data and they were drawing money without my permission.

I can provide screen shots with every word I said..

hello, actually I saw in Facebook that jarir have offer a android phone that amount of 31 riyals that why I'm interested to pay Tru online but after that I didn't notice that after I give my details write plaza appears I don't have any idea the worth's is have deduction in my account that I don't want to happen because all I want is to buy a android phone with a low price sorry but before I think there is a scammer in this site but I'm happy that you return any amount that deduct in my account I'm very thankful you have a big heart hopefully I'll receive my money thank u very much

I have made an order and didn't receive the product yet but the wages have been deducted on my personal account..I'll be so glad if I get back may wages since well I didn't get the product..Thank you

To many steps to make a cancellation that has a lot of false advertisement, but here I’m .

For them coming back to me by reversing my subscription. I unfortunately am not able to go carry on right now due to personal circumstances and that finances are not readially available. This I truly appreciate. Who knows later I will be able to join once I feel comfortable with my finances. Thank you

This website is a joke alongside with the customer support team. They took my money and did nothing with them, and when I asked for them back, they forced me to give a good review in order to receive it back. None of this happened. Also.. the e-mail they sent you, it’s an automatic one, the same everytime you ask them something.
