Placed order with Lumirel UK for size 36 shoe and received size 37. Emailed 9 times requesting how to return with zero replies.
The email address provided includes postal address for Louisiana USA?
The website for this Company boasts that their customer service is always at customers disposal 24/7 ?
When placing the order it stated 5-7 days delivery , however I only received after 21 days. The returns policy is 30 days but no information is provided on the website how or where to return or apply for refund.

I had a lawnmower which needed returning due to not working and was faulty. I was told it would be picked up by Evri. Gentlemen came and said oh I can’t fit that in my van it’s too big. It’s not my fault if it’s too big they were told what item it was. He never came back even though there were multiple couriers days arranged to pick up the parcel. He then said to the company there were multiple attempts which is not true. I have the video ring door bell and I can prove no one has come. Don’t ever trust Evri! They’re liars! Even the phone number listed for Evri you can never speak to a human? Don’t trust Evri. Worst company ever.

you purchase on their site, mgifts.store, you pay but the product will never arrive, and when you ask for explanations, they will reply that it is the shipping company's fault. you will ask for your money back and they will no longer respond to you. it's real crap.

On train, coming from Larkhall to an important appointment, and it wad canceled, yet again, seems to be the norm for these trains past while, and always the larkhall train to and from, one time in Glasgow they kept saying it wad delayed, then an hour later almost they dsid it been canceled, somone asked through the tannoy system how there going to get home are you sending a bus, the women on other end of the tannoy speaker system lied and yes so we waited, nothing, do the women pressed on the tannoy system to ask again about the bus, the woman from acotrail on the other end of the tannoy system was so rude and cheeky and said we don't have to lay on a bus, so 12 midnight we were panicking how to get home, I had to pay £55 for a taxi to get me home, did I gey my money back no, no one did, they left me a girl and other women alone in the train station trying to get home with extortionate amount for taxis, scotrail should have standby buses incase of cancellations, but they don't, because they don't care, as that woman from scotrail proved also over the tsnnoy speaker system. Scotrail unreliable and do not even refund your money, lay on busses nor refund you for having to fork out for taxis, more unreliable than buses.

My experience with Hans Wittler's automative was very pleasent and professional. They told me exactly what was needed to be repaired on my 2014 BMW 328i and the sevice was prompt and the price resonable. They even offered to pick me up at my home when the car was ready for pickup. I'll be coming back.

It was excellent. Everything was good. The car was clean and relatively new. The staff was friendly. I took a car from Rome to Naples for an all-day tour.
The driver spoke English and said a lot of interesting things on the way.

Because of the experience I had recently with Kwik-Fit where I believe a case of 'upselling' was staring me in the face, I complained and the review about the incident is posted below. It wasn't the only issue on the day when I took my disabled granddaughters car to Headington branch for a new tyre and where I was told to go away and come back later! Err, I'm disabled and can't walk that far!! Now, I don't wish to repeat the review so please read it for yourself herein. Back to the original question is 'Upselling legal'. Here is the answer: 'Upselling is a legal business practice and is widely used in many industries. However, legal issues can arise if upselling is conducted deceptively or misleadingly. The practice may also become illegal if customers are forced to purchase products they do not want'. I believe I saw a case where a lady was sold tyres that she clearly didn't want, because she specifically asked for the tyres to be put on the back and was told 'we can't because of the sensors'. If you're the lady concerned go back to Kwik-Fit and ask for a refund. The registration number of the car started FV61. It was the recent Bank Holiday (Monday 28th August). I will support your claim because I believe they mislead you. I will also contact the BBC's Rip-Off-Britain programme to see if they might like a feature. On the other hand Kwik-Fit could refund the lady, let me know when kit's done and I say no more, but I sincerely hope they learn from this either way. Mark says they will...
