I put some petrol into my diesel last night. Managed to get home, then this morning did some online research. Not only was WrongfuelSOS the best price I was quoted, they could immediately tell me how soon an operative could be with me, who he would be, and assured me he would ring 30 mins before turning up - only 2 hours to wait! Sure enough, I got a phone call from Pete B. who arrived just as promised. A very friendly and informative guy, he got the job done very efficiently and quickly. Well done Pete, and well done Wrong Fuel SOS.

Rang the company, supervisor very friendly and efficient. Engineer arrived less than 15 mins as promised, drained the tank and refilled. Engineer extremely helpful and back on the road in no time. Massive thanks for getting us out of a hole - would recommend to anyone.

I ring wrong. Fuel sos the man who pick up the phone was vary helpful and polite the the man whofixed my car was vary professional and helpful would use again

Initially rang the AA who I'm a member with, but they estimated 3 hours to get to me. Rang these guys next and they were with me in 20 minutes tops, friendly and professional.

An expensive mistake on my part, made less painful by a great service

Both the guy on the phone, and the technician who came out to sort the car were friendly and helpful. Cannot fault the service in a time of need.

Completely unprofessional , gave me a time , told me he was on his way and when he did not turn up claimed the mechanic was held up after assuring me he was on his way to me. Did not call to let me know or ask me if this was ok. It was not ok , I tried to cancel and they refused to give back my £50 deposit . Absolute rip off company .low customer services , need further training all round. No communication, no resolution.

Quoted £250. Paid the deposit then advised on the day of fix it was £310. Hidden cost not advised when I was panicking about the car.

Called for assistance and arrived in 45 minutes. Absolutely great service. West Yorkshire.

Great service that got me out of a stupid mistake quickly and easily. Reasonably priced and very professional. The Engineer was with me in 25 mins even though I was a little sceptical that he would be there in half an hour as I was told on the phone. He drained the tank and put me £10 of petrol in the tank and sent me on my way. Many thanks, I hope I never need to use you again but if I do I will be sure to come back. Highly recommended company.

The worst customer service I ever seen . The supervisors are even worse
They not helpful and they don’t even bather to help.

Very professional and courteous, Zsolt the technician that attended to my vehicle was great, customer service at the highest standard, very helpful, punctual and knowledgeable, can't rate this company highly enough.

Attila turned up bang on time, was pleasant, smiling and despite him being on the road since 530 and being on his way to another job in Lancaster, on his daughters birthday, he never stopped smiling and overall what a top fella. Great service, Hope I never need them again though!!

Really fast service, approx three hours from first contact to the engineer leaving our house having completed the job he was a very efficient and polite engineer. Would highly recommend to anyone. Great price as well, thank you so much.

The sales person has just cost me an extra £140. He made me believe I was receiving extra service such as injector flush, fuel filter flush only to find Out that this is untrue and not a service they provide. A conversation with the sales manger ended with him apologising for any inconvenice caused.
I should have used a local company who would have been with me 30 mins earlier and done the same job for £140 not the £280 I have now been charged. No attempt at recompense has been offerred and the sales manager stated ‘if you are trying to get money off, I can’t!’
I want to state that the engineer was top class and would gladly use him again without the pricey middleman.
Please be careful with this sales team misleading you into thinking you are getting a service that is nothing more than hyperbole.
