A company you can count on
I have used WRS windscreens on every bike I've owned. When I decided to upgrade my BMW S1000xr to the new BMW M1000xr, the decision was easy....WRS! One important thing to note, I have found it more cost efficient to order from the .it (Italy site) rather than the .com (US Site) even when you factor in duty and exchange. The US site gives you a competitive unit price but destroys you with a shipping cost that, in my case in Canada, was almost three times the windscreens price. WRS.it

Ci sembra sinceramente poco corretto ricevere una valutazione negativa per una motivazione di questo tipo.
L'orario in cui DHL effettua la consegna non dipende da WRS e, come in qualsiasi servizio di corriere, le tempistiche e gli orari possono variare in base a molteplici fattori operativi. Non riteniamo inoltre che una consegna effettuata nel pomeriggio, anziché al mattino, costituisca di per sé un disservizio.
Le informazioni relative allo stato e all'avanzamento della spedizione, compresi gli eventuali aggiornamenti sulle tempistiche di consegna, sono in ogni caso disponibili nel tracking DHL fornito al cliente.
Riteniamo pertanto che una valutazione dell'esperienza con WRS basata esclusivamente sull'orario in cui il corriere ha effettuato la consegna sia quantomeno sproporzionata, considerando che si tratta di un aspetto completamente al di fuori del nostro controllo.
