This is my complete and honest review of WSdear. I ordered a really cute dress for my daughter for her 13 year old birthday. I did get free shipping and expected it do be a little bit till I got the dress. I never received the dress and it’s been over a month and there phone number does not work. It’s almost her birthday and will have to get a refund and buy a new dress.

I like shopping on this site because everything happens quickly and efficiently. I have not had time to have any problems with any order. Shipping is fast and I received a tracking number. Things come well secured and of good quality. I would recommend.

this company is awful and the website is all false information. shipping takes months and there customer service is RUDE. terrible quality too. DO NOT ORDER FRON HERE

I paid additional to have rush shipping because I ordered several dresses I needed for holiday parties. I never received any shipping info or the dresses until I contacted PayPal. Then after additional wait time, I finally received the order information on January 9. The Holidays are over. I’ll never shop with this company again. I’m so disappointed.

It is easy to navigate on the site page. I enjoyed browsing through countless fashionable pieces. The photos look really amazing and I fell in love with some of the dresses. Considering the quality of the materials, I think the prices are reasonable. Of course, you can always find something you like on the flash sales (I love those!) One more thing I like about this site is that they have such a large variety of sizes. Everyone can find something for themselves on the site.
My friend ordered some dresses and they look very good. The materials are amazing and they arrived sooner than we thought! I think this online store is a good choice!

Sent the wrong size, asked for additional money for rush shipping. It was over 7 days to get the dress. Agreed to return the dress for partial refund. I spent 49.95 and 16.50 for shipping and got $15.00 back and told to keep the dress because it would cost too much to return it. Everything was a lie and PayPal dropped my dispute. We measured my daughter and the dress was cut at least two sizes too small.

So. I got the dresses and must say they are like the pictures. Thats the two stars.
- Payed extra for fast delivery (3-5 days). Got my order after 3 weeks.
- Had to wait almost 1.5 month for the refound and had to argue for it BUT I got it finally.

If wsdear wants to be moore serviceminded you need to speedup your delivery and eventual refounds.

if you respect your money and time. I recommend that you skip this store with a wide gap. the quality of things leaves much to be desired.
prices are too high for such bad material. the staff's respect will not be mentioned.
oiling customer, do not get out of nothing.

If you do not want to lose money, do not order anything.

I must admit my heart sank when I got the email that the dress had to be custom made. I requested a date that if I did not receive it, I wanted a refund. Well, the dress arrived a day ahead of schedule and looked wonderful on my daughter. She loved it and looked like a princess. Thank you for being true to your word.

I bought a dress and I'm satisfied with the purchase. Great shop with beautiful clothes. Prices are very affordable. They are very kindly. My recommendation for Wsdear online shop.

Worst shopping website ever. I request you not to waste your money by shopping from this site. They provide cheap quality clothes.

I'm going to assume that all the positive reviews on here are fake because this company is nothing but a scam. I ordered a Beauty and the Beast Belle dress from Halloween on their website.

I even paid the extra $8.99 for standard shipping so it could arrive within 8-11 business days. I became concerned when I received no updates and emailed them twelve days later. I wanted to know why I didn't receive any updates like a tracking number or an email saying the costume had been sent. They told me the costume was still being processed.

Which confused me because on the website itself it said: Processing Time 2 Days. Shouldn't that mean it only took two days for them to make? I even brought this to their attention and they said would upgrade my order to express shipping without cost and would send me my tracking number. I didn't hear back from them in six days and the party I was going to was coming up soon.

I bought the costume off Amazon instead and asked for a full refund. They have on their website a thirty day refund and I wanted my $68.98 back. They told me the shipment was in process and once they shipped it they would send it to me. I asked them to please cancel the shipment because my shipment from Amazon already arrived.

I've gotten no response for them and lost almost 70 dollars from them. I never saw these reviews and it was my mistake. So please, do not give them the benefit of the doubt. They are shady and even scamadvisor.com said their only 10 percent safe.

The phone number for them is no good, their location is unknown (although many have said their located in China), the owner of the website is unknown and just about everything else seems shady about them. So please, do not give this company any money and advise others not to buy from them.

Don't waste your time or money with this company. I paid extra postage to have my purchase delivered by a certain date. The product did not come during the time frame promised. Also the dress is very poorly made and cheap looking. I have tried contacting customer service and they are not customer friendly or helpful at all. DON'T buy anything from this company.

I ordered few dresses from this store and got exactly what I was expecting! Beautiful clothes and good quality. Loved it! :)

Don't waist your money and time....I ordered a very simple black dress (one shoulder off) and got some kind of synthetic T-shirt for a bulimic teenager.

I bought a dress at Wsdear and if I had liked it on the site, it was even more enchanted when I arrived. It is beautiful, has good quality and fits perfectly. I believe that for the quality it had a great price. I loved this purchase, I'm sure to buy again at Wsdear. It's a store that I really liked and super recommend.

I bought a long dresses, and I'm satisfied with the purchase. The postage is free and everything is fast. I am pleased with the quality of the dress and are very nice.

I made an order a couple of months ago without expecting much but I was really happy to see that my order came very quick and all the items that I ordered when as shown in the pics! The sizing was really good everything fits!my overall review is that for what I paid I’m really happy!

I been ordering from Wsdear for a while and i know is a trust website. On my last order the shipping was very fast, the material of the clothing is very good. And costumer service respond within 24hr. I base my size on the Wsdear website reviews they are very helpful because sometimes is hard to see if is true to size. Other than that the store is great.
