One of the most important to me that WSJ Wine provides is hassle free delivery. My latest order had a hiccup. A new concierge in our buildings didn’t understand the system and refused to sign for delivery. FedEx had no choice but to take it back. WSJ Wine notified me promptly and promised to try to deliver the next day. Because of their timely notice, I was able to address the situation and the next day delivery went smoothly.

You provide a good product for a reasonable price. When I reviewed a wine that I didn’t like, which had only happened one other time, you actually refunded the price of that wine without me asking. That’s great customer service and really doing what you guarantee. Thanks for a great overall product!

Wonderful first experience!
The shipping was quick, and the FedEx delivery guy even brought the box straight up to my 2nd floor apartment! I'm currently enjoying my first bottle. Great price, great service. I'll definitely order again!
