Scam, avoid buying here!

Device stopped working after just 2 use. It doesn't turn on anymore, and is perpetually stuck in red mode, never fully charged to green. Tried emailing customer service but it got bounced back as an invalid email.

WSkin ABSOLUTELY SCAM!!

ABSOLUTELY SCAM!!!
I bought this device which is supposed to clean your face/ pores deeply, very similar to a facial treatment but at home.
When it arrived the outer box of the device looked a bit cracked, I tested the device but it does not function properly. It only switches on and off, but does not do the job it suppose to.
I got in touch with seller on the same day reporting the issue and attaching pics of the cracked box on an email requesting fir it to be replaced.
I haven’t received any response from them two weeks after.
I have now tried to re-send my email requesting an exchange/ refund and I got an automatic reply back saying the email contact does not exist.
This is ridiculous!!
There’s no other way to get in touch with them at all aside from sending an email which it does not even longer exist!
SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Such a waste of money!
