I have just purchased my second property through WT Capital and the whole experience with them has been very helpful and thorough from start to finish. Any difficulties I had with the purchase or understanding things was attended to very promptly . Would highly recommend them .

WT just helped up buy our third property through our SMSF - which they set up for us a few years ago. Our superannuation has more than tripled and we're well on our way to a comfortable retirement. Their communication was awesome - keeping us in the loop the whole time and their handling of all the steps along the way made it so easy for us as their understanding of the process and the market is top shelf. Thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking at the prospect of an SMSF as they make the process easy and well worth it.

Second property was a lot harder than the first

This was our second property with WT and I will admit it was more confusing this time around.
My partner got messages that I didn’t so sometimes I was left out of the loop.
Overall the experience was a good one. Alison was helpful when i was confused
about a few things.
I would like to know who to contact as our port of call when we have questions though, like a project manager.
Thank you for the help again and we have been spreading the word about SMSF to our friends and kids.
