Matt and the WT Team have been incredibly helpful in setting up and managing my SMSF. Today was settlement day for my first property in Western Australia, as part of my SMSF and their purchase process from start to finish, was impeccable.

It has been my heart's desire to buy a property however, now in my 50s, single and still struggling to save a deposit it was becoming a far fetched dream!

I started my journey with Cody and did 8-12 months of studying and research on my part, not only for WT but comparing them to their competitors, WT was my No 1 pick and it wasn’t even close. The professionalism on display with each call, the care factor in taking the time to repeat things and re-explain them because I kept forgetting that particular part. Cody is all class! Once my wife and I made the decision to go ahead we then began to work closely with Matt and can I just say he is an absolute delight to deal with, he always makes the time to speak with you whenever you need him and given he is the director of the company he really took the time to explain the intricate world of purchasing through your SMSF, WT have all the contacts ready to go, from accountants, finance, lenders, lawyers, property management, everything you need from start to finish. We made the decision to go ahead on the 14/10 and TODAY being the 19/12 we settled on our first property, 2 months from start to finish, we are so excited and thankful for making our dream of owning our first investment property a reality and we are already thinking about purchasing our second property in 2025, lets go! I was bored keeping my super until I retire and expecting several financial crashes as well as supporting mega corporations. I was contacted by one of WT Capitols receptionists from a cookie spam as I was browsing for property on Facebook. I was put in contact with Matt and was advised I could purchase an investment property. I read some reviews and background checks and WT Capitol seems friendly and from then no have I not only been cared for but I am ready to lease my property soon and will be offsetting my own rent by leasing the apartment WT Capitol help me to purchase. You may not think that you have the means to purchase a property and lease your property even though you are renting. But you can. I have done it with the help of WT Capitol. Thanks.

Being new to investing I was nervous and anxious to take the first steps.
But Matt and the team were amazing and reassuring in any fears I may have had with first class advice and real world experience on their side made the whole journey seamless and exciting.
I work FIFO so getting paperwork and credentials in on time was sometimes challenging but the team at WT Capital were very patient with me and deserve a shout out for sticking with me.

When initially deciding who to use to set up my SMSF and purchase a property I did the obligatory google search and read reviews etc. a few things stuck out for me about WT Capital. They have been around for a few years so weren’t going to be a fly by night scammy company, their reviews were very complimentary. I decided to take the plunge and make the phone call. I’m glad I did, from the get go each person I spoke with has polite helpful and knowledgeable. Setting up your own SMSF can be bloody daunting (looked into it and no thanks). These guys set it up arranged the fund transfers from my Super account assisted me with locating a property. We didn’t but the first one they proposed and they were fine with that. They weren’t just in it to flog me a house and move on. At the end of the day we have purchased our property have a great yield of 7.335. (Ask Matt he will tell you what a yield is.) I also got myself educated with 50 billion questions I had. To this day I email Matt with questions for him. He happily obliges with my pestering. It’s not just a 1 man band either. Alison, Alyssa, Joanna were all brilliant to deal with. After my property settled I advised a work colleague about what I had done. As I write this he is waiting for his finance to be approved and he is all sorted. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. (Apologies for the novel)
