Last time with this insurance

Last time with this insurance. Cancelled my scooter insurance. paid 125 euro in July, cancelled in September. got only 60 euro back. so 45 euro cancelling money. DO NOT INSURENCE HERE.

I’m your client and I’m so disappointed.
How is it possible that no one at your hotline speak english?
And how is it possible that no one responded on 2 emails my husband and I have sent you?
I’m wishing you a good luck with that kind of business ethic.
