It was disappointing experience
We have mentioned our child doesn't understand Putonghua at all when we registered for trial class, the sale person said it is not a problem. After getting many emails and sms reminders, and one phone call at 3am.
Chinese teacher showed up, expected my child already know putonghua, customer service called to offer bilingual teacher instead, but the teacher didn't show up at the rescheduled time, we had to report on the system after half of the class time wasted, they didn't reach out to us ever again...
It was disappointing, I have no confidence in making any deposit with them for classes..
Giving 2 stars because the initial teacher seems to be nice and patient, but good luck getting a teacher at all..

Great and flexible way for kids to learn Chinese
The teacher is amazing to keep my daughter interested in learning Chinese languange. She has improved a lot throughout the year and has been able to speak Chinese with accurate accent. Wukong is very flexible to accomodate our availability and the staff is very helpful and responsive whenever we need help.
