Fish was well packaged, and so fresh!

All 3 different fish fillets we tried were of excellent quality. Salmon and swordfish were our favorite. The black cod was tasty.

Although FedEx delivered my order 7 days after it was shipped and the items were ruined, and then did the same thing to the replacement order Wulf's kindly sent, again ruining the fish, Wulf's customer service stepped in and took care of everything. This review is about customer service since I did not receive an edible order. In a word the customer service department is FANTASTIC! I cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you so much, Judy and Diane. You made a bad experience into a good one.

Excellent quality of products that I can't get in my local supermarkets. Items shipped timely, accurate and still frozen solid when they arrived. My only reason for not rating 5 stars is price.

I have been ordering from Wulf's fish for a few years now. The fish is always top quality, I live in Indiana and I am always impressed with the shipping how quick it is and how reasonably priced. I put it straight into the freezer when it arrives. I also gift my son over the winter Holidays and now he's ordering on his own. Unbeatable fish and service. Love it!

We live in WY and have ordered from Wulf Fish a couple times so far. Our orders arrive on time, everything remained frozen and the quality of the fish has been exceptional.

First of all, the fish is fantastic. Obviously, that is very important. Second, the customer service is phenomenal. This was my second time ordering from here. The shipment was delayed due to weather and I had concerns over the fish staying fresh. Judy from the customer service team took care of everything. She was extremely knowledgable and friendly. So the product is incredible and so are the people. Will absolutely continue shopping here.
