I do deserve better, that's why I'm at Wulf's.
I appreciate that the fish I received in this shipment (my 1st) was not all the tail sections. That is why I left my last fish company. All the fish, with maybe 1 or 2 exceptions, was the tail section. Don't I deserve better than that? And that's why I'm at Wulf's. I only wish that they had smaller portions rather that just 8 - 16 oz. I am the only one at my house that eats fish and I have to thaw 16oz's sometimes and cook and split up into thirds usually.

Your lobster meat was SO delicious
Your lobster meat was SO delicious. It tasted as thought I purchased it shucked straight from the boat. The pieces were meaty and no mush, which I've had in the past with other companies.

If it’s the black sea bass you’re referring to, I do want to note that we mention on the product page that pin bones may be present in this species. While we do our best to minimize them during processing, the nature of the fish means that some may remain. Good Fish, Good Value
The fish is remarkably good. I was blown away by the King Salmon. The portions are proper for each meal. Really great variety. When delivered, the fish was still frozen even on an 80°F + day. I most certainly will be buying more fish.

The package arrived fast and well
The package arrived fast and well, packaged really good. Out of curiosity, I ordered the invasive green crabs, 5 bags of them. When I cooked the first bag, most of the crabs were 'ghost shells' meaning it didn't have any meat on them. When it did have meat on them, the flavor is amazing...but the quality control should be more extensive. There was probably only 20% crabs that had meat inside, so a bit disappointed. I realized this is an invasive species but I was expecting dense shells.

Because they’re an invasive species and completely wild-trapped by our oyster and clam farmers, their size, shape, and meat content can vary a lot. For that reason, our chef customers typically use them to create deeply flavorful broths, bisques, and sauces, rather than for the meat itself. We note this on the product page, but I understand how it could be surprising if you were expecting consistent dense shells .

Great Soft Soft Shell Crabs
The soft shell crabs were wonderful, I really enjoyed them. They were sweet and tasty. I used pancake batter and herbs to coat them and olive oil to fry them. They were great.
