Wish there was a minus on the stars. 1 star is too good for them. I have been trying for months now to get my money back but they are not interested. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! Their customer service is awful and I never got what I ordered and I can't get a refgund. Wish I had checked here first.

HORRENDOUS, AVOID THIS COMPANY. As with other reviewers I wish I had read reviews before dealing with this company, and Facebook should take their adverts off. We should not be so trusting and only deal with reputable companies. I have put in complaint with PayPal and hoping they may look into company.
You can only expect rubbish merchandise not fit for purpose with no return/refund policy although they do have one, how do they keep getting away with this?

I wish I had reviewed them 1st. Shocking product. Says 100% refund yet they offered £5 compensation. Will never ever use again! Should not be allowed to advertise on FB and other media platforms. Complete rip-off!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I so wish I had reviewed this company before I ordered from them. Like many of you I also ordered from them pack of two bras ( great advert) but what a load of rubbish. I read that they do refunds(wrong) pile of crap they don’t even answer their emails to give you an address to return anything. They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise.

I am the same as everyone else I ordered a bed to use when I visit my son looked so much better than an air bed it never came I emailed the company lots of times just saying it's on its way then said it's with the courier Hermise asked my usual delivery person from Hermise she searched their depot but nothing I emailed wulimer again they told me it's not there responsibility as it's with Hermise now it's them I need to contact
I had to go to see my son with the air bed still no bed from wulimer I've given up especially after seeing all the reviews what a waste of money

Worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with - DO NOT USE! Ordered a fold-up bed, which never arrived. They sent a tracking number which said Hermes had posted it through the letterbox! They have ignored all my emails asking for a replacement or a refund. I have now reported them for credit card fraud.

Don't use this company have not recieved my order and when you final get a reply from customer services it is a standard reply stating my order is coming from multiple suppliers, how I ordered a fold up bed

Would give less if I could order foldaway bed from them not delivered keep telling me in one message royal mail is delivering then in another hermes is delivering and it has been posted through my letterbox not sure how a bed can fit in a letterbox and won't refund my money either

SCAMMER WARNING!!!

Ordered an all singing (literally, all dancing (literally) 7 foot tall Christmas tree for £50 with fancy decorations, a climbing Santa Claus, houses, lights, a train etc. What was delivered was a 6 inch tree with a tiny bag of miniature tatty decorations worth no more than £3. Complained and all they would do was offer me £5 compensation, £6 compensation etc. along with informing me that I'd also have to cover return postage so (the refund process may not be worth your time and effort"). This went on for 5 weeks. Only when I raised a case with Paypal did they promise to refund me in full, but only after I closed the case (no chance they would have done that).

Digusting spam. Never recieved the bed, they keep telling me its the courier I need to get in touch with. They have the contract with the courier not me. I have checked with post office and the courier, nothing. Not even a partial refund. Im so angry with myself for gettting caught out by them. SCAM SCAM SCAM How nothing is being done about them I dont know.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. They send out crap that is nothing like what you order then refuse to refund your money. They need shut down.

Very bad experience. I purchased a toy dog for my niece for Christmas. The video on the website showed the toy moving around and turning upside down instead my niece received a normal teddy bear. I have been offered a £4 compensation for the disappointment of my niece! Disgusting

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Takes your money sends something completely random then tries to say it’s been sent. Once they’re proven wrong they come up with every email under the sun, “it’s not left the warehouse yet”, “we will issue a refund once it’s returned to the warehouse” even after telling me it’s not even left the warehouse. They’re disguising as a normal website with products but they’re a scam company. They do it to every single person. There’s isn’t even one person who’s received the item they ordered. Don’t understand how they haven’t been shut down yet.

UPDATE:
I paid through PayPal and explained what happened and within minutes they gave me a full refund. Wulimer will not give a refund. Open a dispute with your bank or PayPal if you payed through them!!!!

I ordered a Bed from Wuilmer. But never received a Bed. I only got the emergency bag. I have E-mailed them and everytime I get the same E-mail back from them. Offering me £8 compensation. To-day they E-Mailed me with the same E-Mail But sent me the address Suixin Creative

They told me it would be to expensive to return and it could get lost. and they would not pay postage. Hope this address is helpful to everyone who have ordered from them.

I am not giving this cowboy company any stars at all, I needed to share my frustration with the honest people out there, I purchased a bed back in October, the order took forever, when finally I received the order I received a blue bag which you have to runaround the garden to inflate!!
This is a total disgrace, I have emailed them numerous times with absolutely no reply, I cannot believe that social media companies allow these companies to advertise on their sites without vetting the companies first.

The same as everyone else, I had to give it a star, which is more than I will give them if I find out where they are, I am thinking about all the children that have had their Christmas ruined by these Low life’s, but there is one thing I can be certain of and this Is REVENGE IS BETTER SERVED COLD, please be warned
