We have just had a Wunda underfloor heating system installed and it needed to be fired up. My 2 lovely plumbers/heating engineers contacted customer support and the amazing Shareen has been invaluable in helping us install everything. We have had many and varied problems, not least with internet connections, but she has patiently talked us through everything and we are now up and running. Shareen has gone above and beyond to help us and I can’t thank her enough.

First contacted Wunda back in May to get advice on UHF systems. I found them to be very willing to help point me in the right direction without feeling pressured. Once I decided to go ahead Emily guided the process without confusion and dealt patiently with my various requests to make amendments. My project is not yet complete hence my comments are confined to the ordering and design process which has been Five star

I have recently put through my order with Samantha Winser at Wunda Group and I can honestly only say positive things about her.
Sam has been patient throughout what has been a home renovation mainly done by myself and family, she has given clear and thoughtful advice throughout and always responded in a pleasant and timely manner.

As a floor fitter I have worked over wunda underfloor heating systems many times and it’s been a pleasure to place an order with them. I am looking forward to getting the installation complete and renovation finished in time for the autumn and winter when I hope to make use full use of the system!

Wundaful from first contact to last. What can I say, this is a great product, with great customer service, highly responsive, no pressure sales process, great pricing, simple and quality delivery of well packaged quality kit. The instructions were great, the product was great, laying was not hard (but you have to think about it and follow instruction). I'd say it's possibly for the more advanced DIY'er, If you've never put together an ikea wardrobe or hung a curtain rail you might be a bit slow going.

Really pleased with almost everything about this company, pricing and service. The finished solution is truly fantastic. So pleased we went for this rather than the 'easy' solution of just replacing old worn out radiators.

Only one negative... not enough cans of the panel fixative! (Luckily Screwfix just down the road)

But to be fair I'm really struggling to find a fault here. :-)

As someone who works in construction and deals with contractors and trades and various companies daily, WUNDA is the gold standard of customer service. Shareen patiently walked me through the troubleshooting of my wunda system and helped me rewire it correctly over the phone. Never have I encountered such a well trained, capable and knowledgeable customer service in my entire life. 10/10 Company.

Wunda, especially Kim, has been exceptionally helpful with the design and advice on the heating system. Despite a challenging installation, the Wunda team managed the process smoothly and professionally, with no issues. I am genuinely looking forward to the colder weather to see how well it performs!

I’ve installed the Wunda underfloor heating system throughout the whole downstairs of our property and can honestly say it is the most easiest, economical, and consistently warm system that I’ve ever come across.

I replaced all the conventional radiators in the first phase of the house to give me more wall space and after experiencing its effects in warming through the house at a consistent, constant temperature I moved onto the second phase of the house and installed their system without hesitation. The house runs and a consistent 20° and uses all of the Wundasmart thermostats and smart actuators on the manifold, all controlled through the Wunda app.

The manifold and other parts are of exceptional quality and the installation was really easy. There was a couple of times that I needed some assistance and they would always at the end of a phone to advise and at times even dialled into my home system through the app to resolve an issue. I cannot recommend this company enough and even though there are some bad reviews which are small in number they seem to relate more to user issues and not the product itself.

The system I installed was the overboard system and for anyone even with limited DIY experience installation is very simple with only the need of a plumber to get water to the manifold after which running the water through the loops and bleeding the system up is very easy.

Throughout the project I dealt with Emily Andrews, and she was fantastic from start to finish. She was very accommodating, happily making design changes and offering helpful suggestions along the way. It was also great to be able to speak with her over the phone whenever needed, which I wasn't expecting and made the whole process much easier.

Everything was handled efficiently, communication was excellent, and she got me exactly what I wanted. A really straightforward experience with great customer service throughout.

Everything is kept simple on understandable language after few simple questions and measurements everything else is done by them , all the information available on the web page and easy to reach them on the phone if you have any questions .

It’s just been an incredible, seamless experience from start to finish. The plans and designs are easy to follow and install yourself and overall the product is excellent. I had a spare thermostat that I wanted to use as a thermometer, I couldn’t find anything to help in the support web pages. Angelo rang me back promptly and set it up remotely for me. (Not just telling me how to do it and ringing off) Exemplary service - thank you

Very helpful sales and support. I contacted Wunda to ask a couple of questions after reading about their UFH controls and thermostats. Their specialist Angelo was quick to answer all of my questions, with thorough technical advice, which exceeded all of my expectations.

I was retrofitting the controls of an old system manufactured, and fitted by, companies who had stopped trading many years ago. I had a shortlist of three companies. Whilst all three had similar offerings, only Wunda was proactive in giving me all of the information I needed to install the system, before making a purchase. There was no push to purchase either, unlike the others who are still emailing and calling.

When I ordered the system, it arrived within 48 hours, smartly packaged, and because Angelo had given me all the information I needed I was able to install it in less than a day.

Overall I have to say that Wunda appears to be a hidden gem. It's rare to find a company that you can pick up the phone to, and email, speaking to the same person throughout, holding a genuine conversation. They may not be the biggest, but they are the best in my eyes. Thank you.

Great to work on a product thats well supported

Angelo was incredibly helpful from a tech support perspective. He was prompt with his replies, and the information was clear, accurate and jargon free.

Shareen was really helpful and helped get the stem stem up and running really quickly.
