I have been working with the help of the Wunderbit service for a year now. a set of functions allows you to customize your strategy. some personal wishes for the refinement of the service are accepted by technical support and something has already been implemented.

For months now wundertrading cant track The new unified margin Account from bybit, i trade with usdc and Not usdt, so i cant Trade on wundertrading with my paid subscription in this strategy. Crypto as collateral works.

The experience is very good, smooth, and the value of service is great, it does what is promise and this is the most important thing, honest price, great service, fast customer service, time by time with new upgrades become always better

Almost no support. Ask a question and get a copy/paste reply at best, a totally wrong reply that has nothing to do with the issue or get no response for 6 (!) days! I asked for a refund after 5 days (they 'allow' 7 days. Got zero replies. Customer support staff "Carina" should be fired.

Use this site if you want to waste your money and get nowhere, have almost no education material and atrocious customer support. I'm now using 3Commas - much better!

I made a trade based on signals for tradingview.
The trade opened correctly but than closed after 10 seconds with no apparent reason.
I reported it to the customer service that every time responded with huge delay and always trying to blame in some way the exchange or some outer part, not making any effort on really understanding the situation.
Basically all i received was standard no sense because not correlated answers, with the refusal of dig into the problem.
Conclusion: system doesn't feels reliable and costumer service is horrible.

Support was top grade. got to the bottom of the bot issue and helped me fix the error i created.

Awesome platform with a lot of features, can be a bit difficult to get used to it at first but it's worth the time and the support they provide is just one the best experiences I have ever had.

To much bugs on the platform with useless feedback from support. Just read the 1 star reviews for more information of the issues.

I gave it two stars because I liked the layout and user friendliness of the platform. WunderTrader is like driving a luxury vehicle that breaks down the whole time, you just wish it would work like intended.

Probably the worst customer service and functionality experience ever!
The system has a lot, i mean A LOT of BUGS: trades don't start, API connection gets lost and etc.
I followed two traders but API did not work properly and I wanted to reconnect it, after disconnection my following was cancelled (and the paid money 60+18EUR were lost), I explained the situation to the customer assistant called Ilya and after a few hours (instead of promised 10 min waiting) he offered me to pay for following again and they refund me after, so I did immediately. It was yesterday, I still do not have neither an answer from him nor the refund. I feel this company is SCAM, I lost 140EUR and their customer service does not respond for days. Terrible experience, get yourself away from them.

Wunder God, bless support guy Iliya with great salary, was looking for service to move all my signal providing from zignaly to somewhere, came to wunderbit, met some problems with connecting with exchange and receiving signals, support helped me without stupid questions and very fast.

The platform is still doing it's first steps. But very promising and support responses really quickly. Good job!

Such a disappointment… do not recommend at all

I have been with Wunderbit for about 2 years, originally they were free and were going to be commission based, but now that its a paid service, they just do not run a professional setup, the same issues continue to linger, they do not monitor your trades on the exchanges and thus you always and I mean always end up with open longs, open shorts, open everything, even when splitting my bots to have seperate longs and seperate shorts, every week I would log in an positions would be left running - losing money, mean while your trading profile on wunderbit shows no opened positions. They dont always alert you when trades fail, they do maintenance with very poor communications and at the last minute without much notice. If you use this service I would recommend only use it for spot with something like DCA, don't try to swing or scalp with leverage or you will lose more money than 5 years of subscriptions.

Cons:
- Poor customer support: sometimes responses take more than 48 hours for paid account, which is really terrible

- Several API disconnection per month without notice

- Poor log system: (indicating realtime API exchanges Connection is a must for this kind of services)

You have an amazing and responsive support. Uİ is great. Very easy to configure and manage. On the down Side İ am having issues with orders and APİ and need to get fixed ASAP. This kind of issues make your service unreliable and unpredictable. İ had couple of incident tickets to your technical team and looking forward to get some solution.
