Never order with this shop. I ordered a. Lamp and they cancelled my order without reason (after taking my money). When I complained they gave me a really bad attitude. Will never use this shop again.
My old table lamp no longer appealed to me and I always had the electrician for last week in the House, I ordered the same on Wunschlicht.de a new light. This I have done a few years ago already times and had this store still in good memory. So I picked out my Tress Ssopensione and was very happy again. Delivery time has been complied with and the electrician could mount a proper light. Top and anytime again !!
I bought 4 expensive lamps one month ago and they drew the money from my account at once. I have not heard from them since, the only respond when I ash them about my order and tell me that it will soon be shipped. I have now been informed that my lamps has been shipped for 1,5 week ago - but they have not arrived and the tracking number they have given me is not valid. I have NEVER experienced such a bad customer service and I am afraid that I will never receive my lamps. Fortuantely I have paid by card so I can ask my bank for refund of the money if it turns out that the company is cheating me...
