The evaluations was not any where near previous evaluations..
The algorithm you use doesn't work. The quote you gave was less than I had 10 years ago from an estate agent and bears no relation to the market price in the are atm
Overinflated market value by £200k then it became clear this company is afflicted with Foxtons who then use your details to cold call you several times pushing you to let them value your home. Got to the point I had never clicked throw from the FB advert.
