This is a scam company which took money and never paid back
This is a scam company working with Vrbo and Expedia. I paid $800+ for a 2-day Florida stay with an option of cancellation. While they canceled, they never refunded my money despite me spending 1 hour plus with Vrbo and despite false promises from WH via emails to return my money. Never again, and please do NOT book any WH or Vrbo linked properties on Expedia.

HOST WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH. PLACE WAS VERY DIRTY, WITH STAINS ON CARPET. STAINS ON THE WALLS. HAIR FROM PREVIOUS GUESTS ON THE BED. SHOWER DOOR WAS BROKEN. VERY DIRTY PLACE THAT SHOULD NOT BE RENTED TO ANYONE UNTIL THEY REMODEL.
Horrible and rigid host
Anyone that knows me would tell you writing such a review is out of character, but I had to share this with anyone thinking of booking with WeHost. Please don’t give your money to such a heartless company! There are many other options out there-don’t make the same mistake I did…
I am a US government civil servant working in Africa. I traveled to DC for work for 10days. This is the first time I am traveling for an extended period of time since my kids were born, now 2, 4 and 6. On every video call my son asks: “mommy, are you coming home tonight? I miss playing with you!”, and to that I respond “I just need a few more days, so I can buy some of your favorite things”- you can see where I am going with this-receiving Amazon packages is un-negotiable !!! Ever since I was made aware of my inability to receive mail at this property, I’ve been on countless calls, emails and begging for someone to understand the pain of a mother who is at risk of breaking her promises to her kids.
Every call and message has been met with a categoric “there is nothing we can do!” Since I’m tied into a non-refundable contract they could care less about my situation. I’ve cried, I’ve begged and screamed, but no one listens or cares! Given the circumstances, I asked that they move me to another property-they said no, I asked they talk to the building for an exception, they said no, I even offered to stay for half the length and check out early, giving the host time to put the property back on the market and letting me off the contract so I can move into a suitable place, they said no!!!
I write this with tears flowing down my cheeks, feeling stuck in a place I can’t get basic mail services and with a host that refuses any compromise to make a customer happy! STAY AWAY. I promise you can do better somewhere else!
The property is decent but EVERYTHING is minimal- 1 paper towel, 1 tissue paper and 1 towel. No coffee, no laundry detergent, no bath soap, no trash bag etc-you have to get everything yourself!
I promise you can do better elsewhere!

Check in time is 4 pm. The host did not send check in information until after I sent an email at 430pm. Information was not given until 6 pm. So two hours lost. Finally get to the property. A/c unit is not working, washer and dryer both filled with sheets, broken glass cup. Immediately called the number for support and it’s a waste of time. They tell me how to trouble shoot the a/c. Doesn’t work. Then they tell me they don’t know when anyone will be available to remove the sheets. So no a/c or use of washer and dryer and my kid almost drank from a broken cup. Took pictures of everything and sent it to the host company. So next morning woke up from a rough night of no a/c. Called Vrbo support who called and established a call 3 way call. I also sent pictures to vrbo support and they were appalled at the conditions/situation. The host company says they don’t know when any issues will be fixed that I need to give them access to enter the property when I’m not there. Terrible attitude and support. Finally agree. A cleaning person comes and gets the dirty laundry out around 10 am. We leave to go sightseeing. Talked to building concierge and ask if service request for the a/c has been placed by the owner since it’s a condo building maintenance takes care of it. The concierge says he will look into it. Comeback at 430pm no a/c. Concierge said it won’t be fixed b4 we leave b/c owner made request too late.

I booked a condo on VRBO that had free cancelation. When I found a much better price for a condo in the same community I tried to cancel and their management company We Host said I couldn't. I think this is a fraudulent service. I reported the condo listing to VRBO and also to my credit card company
Scam company, Property managers do not actually do…
Property managers do not actually do their job; customer service phone number is never answered. This is an automatic shell company and is basically fake. If you need help with anything no one is there for you.
I rented a four seasons residences property in Miami. When asking about extending my stay, the property manager asked me to pay his personal Zelle account and then did not convey anything to the four seasons. so I was locked out of my room. These people are scammers straight up. Do not book with them, book directly with the property you want.
