DO NOT USE WWEX

I was client shipping many fragile shipments with them. The last shipment arrived broken of which I filed a claim right away. They told me my rep didn’t get insurance which we always do, on top of me losing 3800$, they tried to charge me 1200 for taxes and duties which the recipient should have paid. I then get a letter from UPS saying my claim is denied because it was filed too late. These guys completely dropped the ball and customer service is horrible, they basically just stopped responding to me and my representative ghosted me. DO NOT USE WWEX! Last year, I was forced by UPS to use Worldwide Express also known as Speedship. If I could give them -10 points, I would.
Staff could not access shipping papers on several occasions. Bills that are paid show as unpaid. Phone is not being answered. Request for call back does not happen. Support requests on the website stay unanswered and answering e-mail receivables never get a response. Chat support just gave ne a different phone number and that is non-stop busy. I have been using UPS for 20 years. I guess not much longer. How in the world can a company operate like that.
