My family life was destroyed as a result and I was left without any life protection. Steer clear of this organisation as they are very false, fake and portray care and kindness but behind the scenes they are corrupt in their client data.

The response is at the same address as Nicola West in Twycross. There has been many attempts to pull the rug and depart from any association and Ben Brooks and Nicola West are responsible. Nicola West West Wealth Management operates out of CV9 3QQ the same address and her services are also strictly financial. There is a cover up as she has harmed my family and achieves £25k per year from exploiting me.

WWM VIP is part of the same organisation West Wealth Management as its on your website. Nicola West scammed me by instructing Aviva to pay my husband's life insurance into a different bank account to what Aviva had agreed on a death claim. Nicola West also admits to carrying out illegal probate, even though the probate office ONLY issued me with the probate. Nicola West had no authority to instruct Aviva to act outside of my instruction. WWM is a fraudulent company and I can prove that Nicola West interupted processes as I have MP3 recording which will appear of my 2 x website harmed by aviva .com and lawsongills. co . uk
Nicola West is Director of West Wealth Management as she is a Bully and has falsified so much data that will also appear on my websites. I urge the Director of WWM to reveal what she did before I put all the false and fraud data on my websites, she should ethically remedy this as it will appear on there as it is a public concern according to section 82 The Financial Services Act 2012 - I can prove it all...!!!

Nicola West is a broker of Aviva and St James Place but she is a Director of West Wealth Management (see companies house) and WWM VIP is part of WWM.
Nicola can be seen on my websites (data) as processing a claim for £450,000 when I was vulnerable and bereaved.
1) It is clear the death claim of Aviva (where Nicola/WWM was the Broker representing her client (me)) only had instruction to pay the money into a Barclays bank specified bank account but Aviva confirm on recordings MP3 dictaphone that Nicola/Director instructed Aviva to pay it into another bank account (Metrobank) that Nicola had setup and there was NO INSTRUCTION from me for her to do this. I was the ONLY PERSON AWARDED PROBATE by the high Court to process the estate of Adrian gill (deceased)
2) Nicola West/Director WWM acted outside of legal jurisdiction to instruct Aviva to pay the money when she did not have ANY legal authority to divert from her client/Amy Lawson-Gill's instructions. This is a fundamental data breach by WMM acting for bereaved client Amy Lawson-Gill
3) I am not saying you are Aviva or an insurance company I am saying that Nicola West instructed Aviva and in doing so jointly harmed their client (widow/Amy) so your firm is a danger to the public. I am also telling your customers that you are part of West Wealth Management because you occupy the same addresses (as per company house) and you are the only west family living in this house where you run your business.
It is merely a warning to others that you operate in this way and I can FULLY AND FUNDAMENTALLY back up every single point that I have made in this review with a papertrail. So I therefore URGE your clients / customers to head over to my websites and do some research and safeguard themselves before they touch your organisation WHICH IS a part of Nicola west and West Wealth Management because there is ZERO REMEDY AND me and my 3 sons have been destroyed by West Wealth Management using 2 of 5 sons as confederates to the data breaches instructed by West Wealth Management and visible in documents on my website.
