Simply a shame!
No solution, no service, contacts with 10 different people who know nothing about the incident. How come this company still exists?

I wish I read these reviews. Firstly I called one company for aircon problem. Then I get this company calling me - so the first was subbing it out or they are part of this too. TechnoMarbella is the actual company I called first.

I was told the problem was my electrics and that I needed an electrician. It was odd because the button was not even down/tripped. Sometimes you have to put the buttons on the electric box up slowly.

So they left - paid 118€ and called an electrician. They also left me with zero water too which I managed to fix.

Electrician says no problem with the power going through. It’s all working.

Then another guy comes and says this is a job for Samsung only. The problem is not my electrics box it’s the actual aircon unit.

I think TechnoMarbella could be a scam too. I thought I was calling a proper aircon company but it seems like a call center or it’s all one big scam.

I felt scammed – horrible experience.

On the first call, they confirmed they would charge £28 only for the commute. For context, we were already in the area, so we said, “No worries, just come and check our extractor and oven.”

The technician showed up at 14:30, and by 14:50 he had “checked” both the oven and the extractor—only opening them to confirm exactly what we had already explained: that they were broken. His conclusion? I needed to replace them.

For this 20 minutes of work, I was charged €120. The next day, I called another professional who spent over an hour checking everything and was actually able to fix both the oven and the extractor.

In short, I paid €120 for nothing and still don’t understand why. I would definitely not recommend this company.

This is a scam, avoid

Once they have your money, which they will require as cash, any notion of doing a good job goes out of the window. Don't think you can contact their office because you will be ignored. On top of all that their engineer in Lloret de Mar is rude. An organisation to avoid.
