My first order was pillars and tapers to decorate for Halloween. Being a candle lover I was a bit skeptical as to what quality 100 candles had to offer. Reading an article on MSN I placed an order. I was more than pleased with the quality of the candles. They burn clean and practically are dripless. So pleased I recently placed another order this week for my Christmas candles which will be here soon. You won't go wrong buying candles from 100 candles.

I love the candles that I got from 100candles.com and when I had a problem customer service was very helpful. Will definitely buy from them again!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with 100Candles.com. The site was very user-friendly; I could find everything I needed and the checkout process was easy. Shipment came promptly and I am thrilled with the items, which were a mix of candles, holders and battery operated lights. Will definitely order again and happily recommend to friends and colleagues.

These folks are so great. The 12" tapers burn so evenly---and so long! The service is excellent, shipping very fast. And they even gave us a cute flashlight and ball point pen as gifts. It is so much smarter to buy candles in bulk, so much more economical.
Can't recommend them too highly.

I've bought some crush ice, submersible tea light LED's and floating LED's and we've created an awesome centerpiece. It was pure magic. The LED Lasted 48 hours. The package was delivered on time, even before the wedding. The DIY ideas for weddings were awesome

Very disappointing. Paid $18.95 for 3 day shipping to get candles delivered in time for a ceremony. The candles still have not arrived. We placed the order on Tuesday of last week and now it is Monday. We had to go out and buy candles from a store the day of the ceremony (Saturday). The manager was very rude when I called to complain about the candles not arriving and refused to refund part of the shipping. I will never order from this site again.

Update - I have increased the rating from 1 star to 3 stars because the company did give us a full refund. I am giving them 3 stars since they only gave us the refund after we posted the negative review. On the phone they stated that there was nothing they could do when I asked for a refund of the shipping. Also the candles did arrive Monday afternoon and they were nice - I just wish they had arrived in time to be used. Just beware if you use this company. According to what I was told by the manager on the phone, the number of shipping days (3 in our case) does not start until the day after the items are shipped. This one day made a huge difference in our case since only business days are counted and this pushed our delivery day from Friday to Monday.

I've placed many orders with them and am absolutely thrilled to give them my business. I need something quick for Burning Man. Ordered it in the afternoon and shared my urgency, and it shipped an hour later. That's amazing service!

I received my order quickly and the candles were amazing. Such high quality candles at such a great price...this is my place for candles from now on!!!

i order monthly from 100candles.com. Their LED and battery candles are great. - I get the tealights for the restaurants in our hotel as well as for weddings and events. Their customer service is the best around and they ship same day and really hustle to make us happy. I wish all our vendors were like 100 Candles.
