With due respect, don't understand the other reviews.This is basically an internet scam. I was charged 100% up front. Was supposed to be an original design from professional designers with unlimited revisions. The original design received was horrible. No sense of proportion or basics of design. Then the revisions which were supposed to each completed within 48 hours never came. The company started emailing to me to say that supposedly someone had tried to reach me which is a total lie. Now they keep saying someone will call but no one ever does. Its an INTERNET SCAM. AVOID.

Customer Service was great, especially Jim Morris who helped me expedite a logo project that was on deadline. Also Kevin Dise who called me immediately after placing my original order to get design insight. I did however have some production problems with designers not following some simple revision instructions that prolonged the design stage (and ultimately got us into deadline trouble). All-in-all though, good experience, especially for the price!

Terrible customer service and had to fight with them for a very simple logo. Two times I uploaded the logo sample in the initial order but they didn't get it. They just created something I didn't ask for and eventually fixed it when I sent a new sample through logging into my account. The second time around this portion of the site was down and they argue that it's not. I am in IT and have access to other computers around the world so tested it from multiple locations. It is definitely down. Now I will have to fight with them again. Not really worth the cheap price.

Mega Quality for just 10 dollars. Amazing value for money. Speed, quality, customer services, value for money ALL 5 stars. Love my Logo.
