Don't Order from These People
Re-ordered as usual having used Ten Motives for years. Used PayPal which automatically changed my default delivery address. When I noticed, phoned TM immediately. Told they can't change the order to the correct address. Can't cancel the order as it's already being processed! Two minutes after the order made. Awful person in customer service clearly not up to date with processes.
Great customer service
I have ordered from 10 Motives for a few years now and have always had excellent customer service. Orders usually arrive super quickly but my last order was lost by the courier. After 5 days I contacted 10 Motives to advise them and then had to contact them again the next morning to let them know the package had been found & delivered. They still sent me 2 complimentary bottles of my vape oil for my inconvenience even although the fault was with the courier.

I really enjoyed Cirro Regular Tobacco e-liquid through 2024. It was one of not many pleasures I had in this crazy, ending world. Middle of 2025 they have changed the flavour of my beloved liquid for the flavour and smell of a drunken builder, unwashed shirt. My feelng is this is the beginning of the end in their buissness existance. You cannot be that stupid!

I have used Cirro 12mg e liquid by 10 Motives for over 10 years and know its strength and flavour well from previous purchases.
I have had no issues with this product until my recent order Dispatched The bottle labels 12mg, but the juice feels much stronger like 16mg plus with noticeably more intense throat hit and nicotine effect, and the flavour seems altered.
Is this a labelling error, batch variation, or recent recipe change?

I recently wrote a bad report about Ten Motives. All has changed !! I now have a subscription order and they deliver on time each time at the best price anywhere. I am now their biggest fan !!

My order has been lost by royal mail. I spoke with a lady at customer services who was lovely . She has happily despatched me a new delivery with two free bottles for the inconvenience . Hopefully they will get here with no trouble this time .Usually it is super fast delivery and never had this before . I aways and will keep ordering from 10 motives. Super efficient
A Better alternative to 10 Motives
I have been buying my refills for over a year now without incident through their subscription process. Back in July I received a notification that i needed to update my card details. I tried doing this on their website but it would not accept the changes. I called customer service and they said I could not do this on their website and would have to use another card. I tried another card and again the site would not accept the new card. In fact I tried 3 different cards. I called customer service and they told me they would allow me to do an order over the phone as a one off. they advised me to delete my account, wait a few days and set up a new account. I did this and again the subscription service would not allow me to place the order. I tried setting up another account in my wife's name and again no joy. I again contacted customer service and told them of the problem and they said they would look into it. I have since discovered OKVape and placed an order with them. I received my order within 3 days and paid £6 less for the same quantity. I would also say that OKVape flavour is better. I contacted 10 Motives to say that I had found an alternative to their product and would now be placing all future orders with OKVape. 10 Motives responded "Sorry to learn that you have gone to one of our competitors." Its Obvious to me now that 10 Motives do not want you to order online!!!

I have been signed up with this company for a while now, and recently I needed some help and advice on 2 issues that occurred. I telephoned their helpline. On both occasions I spoke to someone straight away, explained my queries, they were so helpful and courteous throughout, very impressed with their customer service.

The agent was courteous and efficient. She resolved my query concerning non delivery of an item. No confirmation or tracking number supplied by the delivery firm. However she was able to track the item and it will be delivered today, 5 days after the order made. She gave me a goodwill gesture as an apology for the delay.

When your website required that I verify my date of birth, I found it almost impossible to complete, due to a misunderstanding of the process. I contacted customer services, and they remedied the issue within 4 days. So, thanks to all who worked on this problem!
Great Service
I have been buying from 10Motives for several years and have only once had reason to contact them. This month I had an e-mail with an offer on Cirro vape liquids, which are what I always buy. I went in to the website place my usual order - but the offer did not materialise. I placed the order anyway and then I contacted Customer services. I have to say that Karen was great, I sent her a screenshot of the offer that I had received and she has now arranged for an extra 3 bottles of the vape liquid I use to be sent to me, in lieu of the money off offer. I am really pleased with the outcome and I will continue to use 10Motives. Well done - great service.
A brilliant customer service!
As i thought my parcel had been left on another doorstep and i had lost the money i had paid out for it but you said you would send a replacement, took the worry away. Though unknown to me it was left wit a neighbour i had not put that request in delivery options, they should have put a card through the letter box saying they had done this to let me know where my parcel was.

The Customer Service team responded quickly, investigated the issue promptly, and were both helpful and efficient throughout. All the customer service staff were very professional and helpful. Long winded experience which was not customer services fault they were just following company procedures. Hopefully all sorted now. I'd like to give 0 stars to this company. I placed an order on 7th April and the order came next day but not what I ordered, completely different. Contacted them, sent back the wrong order and am still waiting for money to be refunded. They obvs don't reply to negative reviews on trust pilot because they have so many. Shoddy disgraceful company. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the wrong milligram of refill which meant I had to refuse delivery of the incorrect item and accept the correct one. Customer service were excellent and made it easy.

Always get prompt delivery
Always get prompt delivery. However, my last order didn't show up ( lost in the post) . I contacted customer services and the next day they had re fulfilled my order with a complimentary bottle of the liquid I was buying which was un needed but of course appreciated.
