Worst of my credit cards
Worst of my credit cards. Highest APR, worst app with limited services, useless chatbot and customer service too. Have to explain everything over and over, multiple times, multiple emails sent, and at the end just got a generic rejection answer without even considering the details I've been talking about. Waste of time. I feel like things would be much different if I used any other credit card for the purchase I've had the issue with.
And I nearly forgot the time when my direct debit (set up to minimum payment) charged me to take the full balance for some reason 🫠
I'll not use this card again. Curse the day I put my hands on it. I've had this card only for emergencies due to the sky high interest rates. And life being life, unfortunately I had to use it to cover some extra expenses.
