Easy to use online booking and offering great rental rates and a high level of customer service to customers.

Slightly remote pick up/ drop off location and shuttle bus stop not obvious. Other than that this was a positive experience. Fuel charge was ok, car received was as booked and customer service was good.

Everything went really well - from booking online to returning the car. The vehicle was a pleasure to drive and extremely roomy. Pick up and drop off was speedy and professional - all staff were every friendly.

Despite being delayed in collecting my hire car the sales team were accommodating and polite. The collection and drop off were simple and without hitch. I would almost certainly use Thrifty again both at Heathrow and Gatwick

I chose these on price & reviews for car hire in Cyprus. After trawling the internet with loads of promises of cheap car hire but so many companies had hidden costs up front or at the car hire firm itself. On arrival we were collected at Pafhos airport with a very short journey to the KEM office to which we were given a Chevrolet Cruze Automatic instead of the Toyota Yaris Auto I had booked, far larger car with real comfort. I paid the 1000 euro deposit as well as a 87 euro for the fuel which when I returned the car with a full tank of fuel this was refunded as well as the deposit.We had the car for two weeks & the only criticism was the fuel economy, I tried to keep my right foot gently on the gas but it seemed to drink fuel. This may be because of lack of servicing as the car only had 71000 kms on the clock. It cost me 70 euros to fill the car up with fuel with only a 16 km drive back to the airport. Overall good service & I would recomend

I got I nice new car that was comfortable to drive. No extra hidden costs.
It took some time to get the car because of many customers waiting.

Professional and user friendly service.

My experience was nothing but positive which considering the state of high alert in France the pick up and drop off procedure was methodical and efficient. The staff at Europcar were spot on an even offered up local points of interest around our destination. Will certainly use 121 again and I'm sure you'll have a pretty smooth experience too if you chose them. Happy Holidays

Was given car booked through Europcar. Eurocar rep was meant to meet and greet at airport but we had to find him as he was standing quite far away and difficult to find. However overall was good experience as was not overly pressurised into buying excess insurance. Also was given upgrade car.

Would be nice to know a bit more clearly via the comparison website that 121 is a broker for different car rental companies, but cannot complain about the price, the service or the information given out about the pick up process.
