If I could give 0 stars I would! abolsutely not worth the money, saddest bunch of flowers, ordered the biggest and could have got better value in Lidl for £6, not at all representative of what they show on the site, frankly an embarrassment! Customer service were not helpful at all, wish I could show you a photo of what i received, both product and CS were diabolical, go elsewhere!!!18

Disappointing experience with 123…
Disappointing experience with 123 Flowers. The bouquet arrived and deteriorated in a few short days, the follow‑up support wasn’t helpful. I was only offered a £10 voucher, which I won’t use as I don’t plan to order again due to the quality.

After further investigation, I can see that you contacted us seven days after your order was delivered. Unfortunately, this is outside the timeframe in which we are able to offer compensation, as there may have been external factors that could have affected the quality of the products during this time.
We also offer a seven-day freshness guarantee, so unfortunately, as the quality issue was reported on the seventh day after delivery, we are unable to offer any further resolution on this occasion.

Very poor customer service and product
Very poor customer service. Very deceiving sales picture showed 4 sunflowers lots of greenery I received only 3 with ver sparse greenery but when I questioned they said I bought a smaller size but the picture was what I pressed on to order. The flowers were wilting on arrival and dying within 24 hours. Advised to read care instructions which we did. Poor value and low quality products embarrassing to send to my daught as a new home gift. Advice is M&S do a beautiful bouquet for £6.50 which I bought to replace.

I received a bouquet, well packaged.
I unwrapped it cut and placed the flowers straight into water, with feed.
It wasn’t long before the roses started to droop, by morning it was obvious they would not revive.
I contacted 123 first by phone then by email, I have since had dialogue with Jennifer to resolve the issue. I have to say she was extremely professional and acted very promptly to come to a satisfactory conclusion.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to Northern Ireland from Bolton and they arrived next day in perfect condition and the hand written note was so personal and unexpected. Would definitely recommend and have used 123 flowers since.
