I was hoping this app would be what I needed for the single-page website I had just built. I had no idea how perfectly it would integrate and how fantastic their customer support would be. This is my first site build so I am pretty unfamiliar with a lot of the terms and how things flow. The Support Team from 123contactform is fast and spot on. I am a big fan of customer relations and was happily surprised to find each Team member I worked with to be so patient and to stay with me until the goal was achieved.
Real people - real helpful - and a really great app! I would recommend this product to anyone

When I first used 123 Forms I admit I was very lost, I have no real experience creating a website and I found there free entry level to be a great foot in the door for asking potential clients what they would like to get help from in my guitar teaching service.

Some of my best clients today I have found from my website and without 123 Forms I would have never gotten the details necessary to be able to offer prospects value and convert them into actual paying customers.

I had a few challenges to begin with as a newbie web creator that were solved by the staff at 123 Forms. Using there live web chat support was incredibly easy and I was able to get friendly and quick answers from a man named Adrian.

One of the issues I had was not being able track conversion of customers with the form using google analytics and having a simple system that my customers could use without frightening them away.

I am confident that Adrian has helped me to reduce the bounce rate of my clients and I can't wait to see my next few months of form submissions so that I can help more people and grow my guitar teaching business even further.

I highly recommend 123 Forms even if you have no idea what you are doing. There free option is great, as a very niche service with a small client base I don't need a lot of the premium options but there are cool features such as being able integrate with email marketing clients such as mail chimp that I will be considering for follow up campaigns. I also would consider there premium plan to get more form fields to get even more information to help convert more prospects.

A great tool with amazing support.
After I read many times about how great 123ContactForm is, I finally took the time to give it a try.

Although it is generally pretty simple to build a form and design it, I still needed to make it customized to my client's website unique design. One of their team members jumped right in and helped me tweak it (for 2 working days) until it was just right!

Moreover, I loved to discover it is possible to transfer forms between account and as a designer I find it very useful. The form can integrate with many 3rd party applications like GetResponse, which I cannot wait to give a try.

All in all I love it so far and recommend it to anyone.

My web form wasn't displaying as I expected it to. From my description of the problem, Julia at 123contactform was able to give me clear instructions including screenshots of the settings I needed to change. Their response was quick and helpful.

I have had multiday interactions with the 123ContactForm team and each time they have been very helpful with their suggestions and guidance. I would recommend 123ContantForm for anyone trying to build forms quickly and efficiently.

I've dealt with three different support people in switching from JotForm to 123Contact and they've all been over-the-top helpful. I wish 123Contact had more fields for their basic plan, but I'd recommend 123Contact to anyone for their support alone, which I can't say enough about. On that score they beat JotForm hands-down! Try them; you won't be disappointed.

Great support. They really mucked in and helped make physical changes to my form to make sure all was working exactly as i wanted.

Excellent Customer Service!

Anytime I've had to contact Customer Service, they were always very helpful and friendly...especially the last time! Ovidiu went above and beyond!

They will overcharge you and refuse to refund when you make them aware! In January 2017 they started withdrawing twice on our account for one platinum package. I noticed it in April that they had overcharged us 50$ a month since January. When I made them aware they only refunded us for April saying they could not refund the other months due to 30 days money back guarantee strict policy.. They are refusing to refund the remaining 150$.

Excellent support done by Ovidiu! He was 100% oriented to help me with the issue and did it perfectly even though it took quite a lot of time to sort out. I got the result and happy with this service!
