This car company needs to be investigated. Bought car with warranty only to be told by the company who supposedly provides the warranty that they do not have an account with them. Car had several defects, all of which reported but ignored. Have been unable to get to speak to anyone as no one answers the phone and when I have spoken to someone they were dismissive and rude. I have reported this company to trading standards.
Do not buy a car from 123 prestige they do not pay towards agreed contract contributions, they do not pay off finance for part exchanged cars. The customer support is shocking, rude and juvenile. I know of many customers that are in the same situation. The FCA and trading standards have been contacted and dealing with this.
