Thank God I found these guys. I tried so many times, but just could not find the right people to actually give me the information and guidance that I was looking for.. then I come across these guys. I give a five star review because they did an outstanding job and I’m truly forever grateful.

We recently concluded a long-running and complex legal matter, which involved multiple court appearances and significant challenges along the way. This was our second time taking the case to court, and the process was far from straightforward.

Given a recommendation from a family friend is how I first had the pleasure of working with David and Angela.

I recently instructed Jerome Wilcox who I was told was head of 12RSC and very good.

In fact, I found him to be one of the worst barristers I have ever instructed in 27 years as a solicitor. His whole attitude was unpleasant and of course he lost the application dramatically. In a telephone conference when I was pointing out my concerns, he put down the telephone. Upon my request to provide a more detailed reasonable attendance note, he eventually but reluctantly provided one of the hearing.

In my experience there are far better juniors and indeed KCs.

SCAM BE AWARE !I LOST £1800.I found website online and requested a call back.Harry Pitcher contacted me and connected to David.David suggested Jerome Wilcox would be good for my work .When I paid requested £1800 I was told that would be another £3700 + VAT.I could not afford it and from earlier conversation they both indicated that would not cost much more than that(4-5 H of work).The day after I refused their offer Jerome Wilcox sent me a message that would do it for me for £350+VAT or what I can afford.This was a red flag for me and realised ive been scammed.Jerome Wilcox told me we gonna transfer this amount for the next stage when I need them.In JAnuary I sent email to Jerome Wilcox and did not get reply.In March 25 I sent email again needed some work for the trial to be done but my email was ignored again.When complained to MY BARRISTER I was told they don't go into payment disputes?SO basically if you get a solicitor from mybarrister no one stands behind it if you have any issue or need any help. WELL ORGANIZED SCAM

I’m so glad that I was so inquisitive, I wouldn’t have had the help that I did from Angela and Dwaine. I hired Dwain Coward to represent me in my divorce hearing under the recommendation of Clerk David Foreman. Dwain failed to meet basic expectations of a barrister. Exchanging documents within court appointed deadlines, compiling the correct and necessary documents required for the hearing. For months he failed to update the court that he was my new representation. When appearing in court he was a complete embarrassment. Dwain couldn't recall even basic information in regards to my case and admitted to the judge his attention had been taken up by another case and he was unprepared. For wasting the courts time we were ordered to pay the third party's legal costs. I was assured by Dwain and David this would be covered under their legal indemnity policy. Since filing a formal complaint, Dwain has been unreachable. Legal action and a complaint with the board has now been filed in pursuit of recovering costs. Avoid this company at all costs.

I was recommended David from a friend in the legal field after my case was very poorly handled by another firm who were more interested in telling me excuses or what can't be done over hearing their client. David gave me immense reassurance, having devoured through a serious amount of legal paperwork in a short space of time, understanding my case and advising me on strategy before even asking if I was to be a client with him or not. I knew immediately I wanted his services as he understood and could think outside of the box as my case required.
Throughout the case he has repeatedly provided above and beyond what was even required of him. David has a very direct and clear approach, cutting away from the legal jargon. I trust him.

Paid the £2700 for a consultation. Barrister David Kinnear has vanished. Dealing with the Clerk David Foreman has not been successful and the chambers have not been interested in resolving. David Foreman has also lied twice via whatsapp
