Awful rude instructors

Horrendous company... The instructor Allan my poor son had was simply awful.
He covers Cromer and Sheringham Norfolk, the man is not all the ticket, the company is aware of him and has had numerous complaints.
We had been warned that other local learners had ditched him but as its hard to get a instructor we didn't have much choice, so thought we would give them a try.
Big mistake he shouted at my son from the very first lesson , for the slightest error makes derogatory remarks and has pretty much wiped out any amount of confidence he had.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
