Avoid the Evergrow security system…
I pruchased an Evergrow security system about six months ago. I was able to get alerts for a short time them it stopped working. I had my local Spectrum tecs check for some problem with my router but they found nothing. I reinstalled the system several times hopes of finding something checked incorrectly with no success. I contacted customer support several times by email at which point they requested screenshots of the approipriate settings with no results. According to CS this is a DYI (do it yourself) system and therefore the written instructions do not have to go into any great detail. Conclusion: Do not buy an Evergrow security system. Check out some of the systems seen online or look at your local Home Depot, Lowes or Best Buy. You will get better service if you have a problem or need a refund.
