Horrid almost non existent customer service
I have never dealt with customer service as bad as with this company. Good luck if you have a problem & you need to talk to customer service. I had two email responses to which I decided I needed to cancel the order. The "rep" said she could do it as it wasn't processed yet. Then after about 4-5 emails sent to cancel, no responses, left a voice mail (first time I tried calling--their # wasn't working). No response to voice mail, no response to the emails. Sat in 'Preship' for 6 days. Yet I have to pay shipping back to them.
