18650 Battery Store Reviews 

ordered batteries on November 29 for black friday got notified that they shipped on the 30th. when I went to check on them on December 4th it said label created shipper has not received package. so I reached out to the support. they sent me any email saying it was a delay in the warehouse they were backed up.

10 days later ups still has not received the package from the shipper so I reached out again. this time no response from there support at all. they won't respond. so they have now taken my money with no product to show for it and won't respond to emails stay away.

Placed my first order on Dec 1. Website said order would ship next business day (Dec 2). I got an email on Dec 3 saying it "shipped" (1 day late, that's fine, it happens). It appears all they did was generate a shipping label. Fast forward to Dec 6, UPS does not yet have the package. Contacted them, they said it's "holiday delays".

I guess this happens, but why tell me it would ship next day? Why then send me an email telling me it "shipped" when that's not true? Why not proactively notify me of the delays? Why not expedite the shipping method to make up for the warehouse delays outside of my control?

I placed a somewhat small order for a hardware prototype that I am working on. I really needed these batteries and had to order the same batteries from our usual electronics parts vendor and pay a premium for shipping to get them on time. The lack of transparency here has legitimately cost me.

Edit: UPS lost the package (seems like it was stolen). This was not 18650's fault of-course. I added 1 start because they actually did work with me, filed a claim, and shipped a replacement. They answered the emails promptly. I unfortunately had to push a bit more than I should have, but to their credit, they did right by me.

So far my purchase is not going well. I ordered 80 molicels on Oct 31st (Thursday). I paid approximately 170 dollars Canadian extra for expedited shipping. Nov 1st came and went, order wasn't fulfilled...ok that's 1 business day, then the weekend, I get that, no problem. That brings us to Nov 4th being the 2nd business day. Order still not fulfilled even after a weekend e-mail. I had to phone to get the ball rolling. A few hours later I get a message , your order has been shipped. I check the tracking number, it hasn't been shipped, just a label created. Here we are now, late Thursday night , Nov 7th. Exactly 7 days since I placed the order and yes my batteries are somewhere, a long way from Kamloops BC Canada, in Indianapolis last time I checked and that's still with a shipping partner, USPS (which the original tracking number is for) still doesn't have the batteries. What did I pay almost 200 dollars for? Beats the heck out of me but certainly isn't the 3-5 business day expedited shipping I thought I was paying for. I definitely feel ripped off and no closer to even a hint of when they might show up. First time buyer, and will be a long time before I do it again or recommend this store. It's too bad because I had high expectations as I was in a roundabout way referred here from someone with a very popular youtube channel.

***Edit, the company appears to have made and I believe are still making major, needed improvements. In my opinion they have made very strong efforts to fix what was broken. I'm giving them another chance and so far they have not disappointed. According to tracking info, my second order is right on schedule, I'm happy about that!.
They do have great prices so I'd say go for it, take a chance. 🙂 Edited from 1 star to 3

I'm greatly satisfied with the cells and the service. I must say, I was a bit Leary after reading reviews before I made the purchase. Furthermore, I will create an account and make future purchases.

I purchased qty 63 Panasonic 18650 cells and received the package but when checking the cells alarm bells started.
The cells were marked with "www_bis_in", "NCR18650GA 3300mAh" and "IS 16046-2 / IEC62133-2" when they advertised they were Panasonic no date stamp.
When I sent an email to verify 3 days ago no response

It's over a week and all they've done for my thousand dollar order is create a fedex label. Now they don't even answer emails. Never again. Next step for me will be to send these emails and screen captures to my credit card to get the charge reversed.

battery stopped working after a few charges

Ordered 6 21700 batteries and was sent 6 18650 batteries I contacted them and they shipped the correct batteries out and let me keep the 18650s they mistakenly sent good customer service

I bought 8-18650 NEW batteries off of
18650batterystore, I received them and only had a 8%/10% charge in each of them. After charging them up they showed a rise of 45-50mAH !! That is TERRIBLE for new 18650 batteries. I WILL NOT BUY ANYMORE OF THEIR JUNK!

Received my order within 7 days.

I ordered on their website and the only thing they did was process the credit card charge. I had to inquire 3 times about shipment. Thier response was to give me a tracking number. The label was printed. They have'nt shipped the goods.

My order was confirmed by email on 9/29/2023.
My credit card was billed for $48.36 on 9/30/2023.
Shipping was confirmed by email on 10/02/2023.
I checked the provided UPSP tracking number on 10/07/2023. The latest USPS update stated that the label had been generated on 10/02/2023 but the parcel had not yet been received.
I sent an email on 10/07/2023 asking why they had not given my order to USPS yet? No response as of 10/09/2023.
Checked provided UPSP tracking number again on 10/09/2023. The status was exactly the same as on 10/07/2023.
Called the store on 10/09/2023. The Rep said USPS sometimes doesn’t do proper scanning and logging so the status on the USPS website may not be accurate. The Rep claimed my order was given to USPS on 10/02/2023. The Rep said that I or they can file a claim with USPS. I chose that they file the claim. No telling how long that will take.
I'm seriously considering contesting the charge with my credit card company.

20% of the cells were below 1V, 20% between 1V and 2V. The only reviews anywhere on this site are 4 or 5 stars, even ones that talk about problems. The reviews appear real, but I believe they remove any really bad reviews or ratings.

Bought 20 2500 Samsung cells and 30 2000 EVE cells. All are kaka. Best cells are about 85-90% rated capacity; worse ones are down around 20%. I'll never give these rippoff artists any more of my firm's hard-earned.

I have purchased about 15 batteries from them, all 21700 /18650/18350 batteries. I have never had a problem with the batteries or shipping. Most of my orders shipped the same day. I always received my order within 5 days or sooner. The batteries were always top notch.

My primary purpose for purchasing batteries was for a head light that I frequently wear. Unfortunately, the + end of these is not raised enough to make contact, so they're useless for that. Thought I'd make a review with that comment, but could find no obvious way to post a review. Given that, I'm also suspect of any of their reviews since I can't post one and all of the others are 5 stars. I also noticed that there was no way to post reviews on Google about the company where they supposedly get a 4.8 star review. Sounds too good to be true.

Received within 2 weeks after ordering
Called and emailed customer support, both experiences were great.
Ran a capacity test, 108Ah
Will probably order form again.

I purchased 3 lithium golf cart batteries (about $8,000) from them. One of the chargers did not work and after going through efforts to get it to work many times, they finally agreed it was broken. They told me that they were out of stock and it would be a while before more chargers were available.

I called every few months and was always told the same thing. I forgot to call for a while and only called again today.

Today I spoke to someone that stated that no one had entered anything about my previous conversations in their computer system and therefore I was not due an exchange. They stated I could buy another charger from them for 20% of retail.

Once again a perfect delivery of a perfect product! Can't beat the service and quick delivery from 18650! They will continue to be my source for my battery needs!
