TRASH COMPANY

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY (ORDER NUMBER 14609). THEY HAVE GONE MISS8NG WITH MY MONEY. I HAVE TRIED EMAILING THEM AND THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS DOES NOT WORK AND THE EMAIL KEEPS BOUNCING BACK. ITS CLEAR I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. I WILL NOW CONTACT MY BANK AND START A CASE AGAINST THEM. ANYONE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY BE VERY CAREFUL AS THE ARE CLEARLY SCAMMING PEOPLE JUDG8NG FROM ALL THE REVIEWS.

Wish I had read the reviews before I placed ORDER #14571. Payment taken immediately but have had no comms since. Sent a couple of emails (no response), and chatbot is no help. If it ever does arrive I’m dubious about the quality given what others have stated. Will start chargeback with CC company tomorrow. Disappointed

This company is beyond bad. The product received was good but no way an XL so requested exchange for larger size. Was agreed via email. Sent items back tracked. Now the coms have stopped despite several chasers. Terrible terrible terrible. Do not waste your money here

I have tried to email several times and haven't had any response very poor customer service - otherwise I do like the products - used the contact email on the website twice and had no response!

Love the company! Love the service and enjoying my T-shirt! Definitely will buy more from 1921! ❤️

I ordered a t-shirt on 24th Feb, the money was taken immediately and it is now 10th March and I have not received the item. I have emailed the company twice but received no reply. It is a shame as the company’s designs are excellent,
but customer service could definitely be improved. I wait in hope of receiving my t-shirt! 🙏

Update: Friday 13 March: well I have to take back some of what I said 1921 have come up trumps – they FedEx’d the T-shirt to me and I received it today it's perfect 😍 thank you very much for sorting this out best wishes, Jayne

T shirt was to small and I tried to get a larger T shirt, but ik took me 10 mails and 6 weeks... No response on the mails, telephone calls, ... Eventually I received what I wanted but I took me a lot of effort....

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I just received a bill from FedEx charging me $205.07 for express shipping service! Which I never asked for!!

Garbage company. Sent inaccurate size and no response from customer service.

I have 2 of their Tshirts - one from a reseller and one direct. The quality and print is great - hence I went direct for the second one. So quality - great. Product - great. BUT service - not so much. I did receive my t-shirt in the end and love it . The way to getting it was ... challenging. After numerous unanswered emails I decided to write a review on Trustpilot (which was a one star). They got in touch following the review and I received my T-Shirt within a week. So - if they put the same effort into dealing with their customers' emails as they do with Trustpilot reviews they really could get a lot of repeat custom (at least from me).

If I could leave zero stars I would. Please do not buy from this company. They never respond to returns so whatever you get you get. The quality isn’t very good and it takes months for the item to arrive.

Beware of this online store. I ordered and paid on December 3rd. Since then, no one has communicated, I have urged several times and no one has contacted me. It is a scam. Beware!!!

The shipment was delivered in 25 days. Next time I will order from another seller

Strong advise not to order anythin at this company 1921 T-Shirt. Beyond the fact that the quality of the shirts is disappointing, there appears to be no effective option to return the goods or obtain a refund. Despite sending multiple emails and making numerous phone calls, I received no response. Overall, this was an extremely unsatisfactory online shopping experience.

The worst customer service ever. I received my t shirt after waiting 4 weeks. It’s too small (sizes are tiny) so want to return it but after 3 weeks, I am still awaiting a returns approval by email. Ridiculous and a real shame.

Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with . T shirts arrived one month after ordering and after I had teleported 4 times and sent several emails. It’s ridiculous as the T shirts are actually very good but I needed to return one for a larger size but can I get a response , of course not! I even suggested that they send a replacement to an address in Milan but have still not had a response. I will be writing to the parent company and American Express urging them not to do any more business with this shower of a company.

As usual it seems waited weeks for the delivery. When it arrived the sizes are ridiculous and did not fit at all.
We were asking for a change which was a mess and did not happen at all.
In the end we were asking for a credit note and are still fighting for it since half a year !!!

UPDATE: YOU HAVE ALL DATA SINCE HALF A YEAR.
Give me the call you promised a dozen times or simply refund the order !!!

I’ll give them 3 stars because yes, they finally answered me after a nasty review. The funny part is that I returned (prepayed by them as an apology), but until today I had no idea if they had received the parcel.

I received an email from fedex yesterday that I was receiving a parcel, but I had no idea from who of various orders I have in process.

I actually wrote them today, but at the same time I received my fedex parcel and it was my 1921 exchange tshirt. As I say above, they don’t reply one’s emails, which I in no way understand due to the new technology and abilities for small companies to work around these simplicities. One is left out in the limbo…

But take note that the tshirts are very well designed, great fabric, and after all, very pretty.

I hope that in short time they will function better.

CAREFUL! DON'T ORDER @ THIS SHOP IF YOU POSSIBLY HAVE TO RETURN ITEMS!
I ordered 3 items @ 1921t-shirt in late June 2025. Recieved the order (#8506) by the end of July. I was happy with one of the articles and decided to return the other two within just a couple of days.
You have to ask for a return adress and for approval- I recieved an answer to my mail only after introducing a paypal case and after several further mails. I finally sent back the two items -unworn in original packing and tagging (pictures of proof available). Six weeks ago (Sept.5th) my return was recieved (according to dhl tracking -pictures of proof available), since then no mail was answered anymore. No refund recieved. Paypal says it not responsible for EU right of withdrawal.

Never sent the T-shirt, never answered emails never answered phone calls. Still waiting on a refund. They are a scam!!!!
