I ordered some parts and they were wrong, they ask for pictures and sent. They when I returned them they charge me for shipping. Saying the parts did fit, which physically on the car they didn’t. Never order from them again.

I ordered an axle on Sunday around 4pm. Tuesday afternoon the part still had not shipped. There slogan says same day shipping if you order before 2pm. My part should have shipped Monday and now it is Tuesday afternoon and it still has not shipped. I canceled the order. Going to have to go to local parts store and pay double but at least I will get it. This is the second company I ordered that axle through and neither company could get the part shipped out. This was my first time dealing with 1A auto and it will be my last. I don't have time to waste playing games while I am waiting on my parts to show up and they have never even left the warehouse. There claim of same day shipping is bull crap. It is just a lie to get you to order from them and then your parts might show up in 2 or 3 weeks if you are lucky.

well I bought a engine mount for my 2018 chevy silverado using their order parts on line and needed a L/engine mount which I ordered but the problem was their Catalogue was wrong and I got a R/side mount and not knowing removed the old mount and put in the new one then found i was not correct , I called and told them the catalogue was wrong and needed a replacement it said guarantee to fit but not ! I asked if they would send Me the correct one as I cant remove it and send back the wrong , they said no !

1AAuto does not uphold their warranty
I purchased a window regulator from 1AAuto in November 2016. On April 5 2022 I contacted 1AAuto to seek a replacement under their Lifetime Warranty, as the part I originally purchased had ceased functioning. The process was very smooth and I was sent a part which functioned until approximately September 13 2024. At which time I once again contacted 1AAuto to seek another replacement under their Lifetime Warranty and once again the initial process was very smooth.
However, upon receiving and installing the replacement part on September 18 2024 I found that it did not function as expected. The auto up function did not work and the regulator seized within a day of use. Thankfully, I received a prompt response on September 20 2024 stating that a new part had been shipped. That same evening I promptly shipped out the defective part at a cost of $15.07 to continue my warranty.
My fourth replacement part arrived on September 25th and after installing it one day later, I breathed a sigh of relief as it appeared to work normally. Unfortunately a mere two hours later It began malfunctioning in the same way as the previous part.
Up until this point, their customer service had been excellent and although I was inconvenienced by having to replace the regulator twice and cover my window with a trash bag for a few nights, I still had confidence that 1AAuto would follow through on their claim of "the best service on the internet" as they had done in the past.
Instead, their customer service started contradicting themselves, completely ignoring my concerns and responding with messages incongruous with the email chain, trying to force me to accept a refund that I did not want, explicitly denying to service their warranty, and becoming unresponsive on four occasions. Most recently with a phone conversation on October 24, 2024 with Cassandra (who was genuinely nice to speak with), during which I was told that a lady named Jean in a supervisory role would be calling me back, but, I never received her call. Instead, I spent the following three weeks with plastic on my window.
Their lack of response and unwillingness to meet their obligation to provide the correct part clearly indicated that they wished to inconvenience me to the point that I willingly walk away from this issue. And to their credit, their efforts succeeded. Due to the dropping temperatures here in Michigan, I needed a functioning window. So, I sourced a regulator elsewhere and it works great.
I emailed 1AAuto to inform them I would accept the $74.95 refund offered and release them of responsibility to service the warranty. I also requested they refunded me the $15.07 I had paid to return the old part since they were refusing to service the warranty.
They responded claiming the refund was only for $54.95 ($20 less than they offered in writing) and provided a receipt showing that they had processed it nearly a month prior, at which time I was explicitly refusing a refund as a resolution. They also processed that refund to a credit card provider with whom I was no longer a customer, so that was an added step to recover the funds. To their credit, they did send a check for the $15.07 shipping cost.
Because I paid to return my defective part within 60 days as instructed, my warranty was still applicable. Therefore, the appropriate resolution to the issue was that they provide me a part of equivalent quality to that which I originally purchased, and they continue to uphold and service their warranty.
Instead, they refused to honor the warranty they so proudly advertise. I spent two months dealing with a faulty window. Wasted the time installing those two faulty regulators, and communication with 1AAuto. And, to top it off they added a nice shit cherry by quoting a refund $20 higher than that which they actually provided.
1AAuto displayed a complete lack of integrity and I highly recommend you do not do business with them.

The only way I could tell it was the wrong part is when I opened it to try to install it.
Once the package is open they say they can't issue a refund, and (Scrapped it. ya right) But didn't tell me till after I sent it back.
I could have tried to sell it Ebay and get some money back.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with their customer service representative. On my end I had mid represented my model on my car, therefore receiving the wrong set of pagrts.
Was convinced I would have to return, at my own expense, and then get maybe a partial return on the part.
But, they worked with me, and informed me as to what I did, and what to do differently next order. Then, also reimbursed me for the return.

I worked there as a temp with mostly great employees. Except for one named Byron, he went threw customers cars taking anything of value. I was also threatened to be assaulted there by a 60 something year old man. Do NOT use this company if you do NOT want your valuables taken from your vehicle. He runs from car to car taking money/ anything of value. And he was the one who TRAINED me and was doing these grimy actions. A bottle of change went missing from a customer that he ransacked the vehicle and I was questioned for it. All I can say is do not have your vehicle towed here!

Website claims parts guaranteed to fit but doesn't fit.
The website said these rear brake shoes would "guarantee to fit" my car but turns out it didn't when I tried to install them. They gave me the wrong part for the wrong trim level. The guarantee fit tool does not check for trim level and can still give you the wrong part. Customer service didn't help resolve my part issue.

New fuel pump unreliable.
I recently bought a fuel pump for a 2004 Honda Civic. After installation, the fuel gauge on the dashboard is very erratic. Sometimes it shows I have a full tank and a few moments later shows a quarter empty. I'm very disappointed of this product.
