good deal overall
I needed a new converter box when my gf spilled water on the one I had. Well, I wanted the RCA as that is what I had and I liked it. This is the only company that I could find that had it. It advertised as in stock but ships in 5 - 7 business days. They shipped it in 9 business days, ok, fine. whatever. they came thru, they had it. I would use them again.
scam
they are selling defective returned merchandise. I have received 3 converter boxes from them. all were defective, missing parts, boxes opened. they never answer the phone. they are not accredited by the bbb. they have complaints filed against them. total scam. their site claims they only sell new merchandise.
