Excellent service from this firm.
Reported a fault with our door handle late Friday morning and by Saturday lunchtime it had been fixed by Daniel & Jenny.
Larger firms wouldn't be capable of achieving that, I know from experience!

Every contact with this company - 1st Folding doors - has been a pleasure. From purchase back in 2014 to date, now over 11 years ago - the most important after sales service is still fantastic. They are responsive, supportive and good communicators. Jenny, in head office is a pleasure to deal with. John, who was our engineer today was so good at getting the job done and ensuring that we were fully satisfied before he left.

Everything about the service was excellent: the design, quality, installation and timescale. In addition, each member of staff we dealt with - sales, fitting, admin and director level - were courteous and helpful. Heartily recommended!

Incredibly fast response to a service request. Jenny and Daniel were professional and knowledgeable and could not have been more helpful.
I wish all tradespeople could be like them.
If you need bifolds you can find nobody better.

Jenny, many thanks for organising the repair of our Origin Bi-fold doors by your wonderful husband Daniel! Customer service by both of you was absolutey amazing. Sadly, for most companies, it's a lost, underated art, reduced to the bare minimum and yet it's sooo important. 1st Folding Sliding Doors have got it right, the outcome of which will be multiple personal recomendations for neighbours and friends to use 1st FSDs for all future windows and doors purchases and installations. Surely a win/win for all!
As a separate note, we cannot fault the Origin EasiSlide 5 door Bi-fold you supplied us. They have been brilliant. High quality and really well insulated. It was only a bottom hinge that had warped, causing the doors to slightly misalign. A simple swap out and replace and we are good to go again for hopefully another 10 years!

We had our doors supplied and fitted by 1st Folding just under 4 years ago and have been very happy with them.

Very recently there have been some minor issues with the seals and hinges, 1st Folding sent out a lovely engineer, John, who fixed these today under their generous warranty.

It is so nice to be treated well by a company like this. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Fabulous service from First Fold Siding Doors - again. Dan replaced a hinge and seal on my bifold doors today. He’d been given the wrong colour hinge and went back to get the right colour hinge so they all match. Really appreciated his attention to detail and the time spent in making sure everything was right. Plus the cleaning tips!

Jenny, at 1st Folding, was very helpful with a problem I had with a hinge on my folding doors. Even though the doors were not of the current design, Jenny located a pin, which I installed, that rectified the problem. Many thanks.

Had the doors 8 years and been good - had an issue with a handle and Jenny sorted it within a few days, a really good experience.

I had a triple sliding door and frame fitted to a 4th floor balcony in 2007. Marcus Barnard being the principle, met with me a couple of times and picked me up to visit the showroom. I have since replaced all three double glazed panels (the last one today) over that period, one under warranty and the other two paid for (perfectly normal for windows that get very hot sun on them in the summer).
Service has always been polite, prompt and civilised. Jenny organised todays visit and her husband Dan plus John carried the new unit up the stairs and took the old one away, no fuss and a bit of banter.
So good to have a company you can pick up the phone to, who are also a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't recommend them more - and I do.

Excellent service and advice from start to finish. Jenny in the office was really helpful arranging an appointment for the engineer to visit. When Dan the engineer arrived , nothing was too much bother and the issues were fixed quickly. Would thoroughly recommend 1st folding

Had an engineer from 1st folding doors come today for a repair job. Great service and always a pleasure dealing with the company. Just wondering my warranty is coming to an end and am hoping i will still be able to use their services for any future repairs.

These are the second bifold doors from 1st Folding that we have installed in two properties. This set are now in their 11th year. The recent service, (post 10 year warranty) could not have been better administered and executed by Jenny in the Service team and Daniel the engineer. There was a full service for the doors along with excellent advice (not to use oil but silicone on the mechanics) and a new set of handles! Feels like a new set of doors! Thanks for your fantastic service.

Bought my sliding doors a few years ago, recently had trouble with door so contacted the company to assist me. Turns out I’m still under their warranty and an appointment was booked quickly by Jenny. She was so helpful and reassuring. Engineer visited today and resolved the issue , ordered a new part also all under the warranty, amazing! Great customer service from engineer he was friendly and resolved the issue. Thank you for a smooth service , would highly recommend as they make great door and the aftercare service to match.

After an excellent experience of having bifolding doors installed by 1stfoldingslidingdoors many years ago, we recently experience some issues. When I contacted the office, Jenny was super helpful and responsive and Dan the engineer who came to fix the initial issue was very friendly, polite and quickly sorted out the problem. Another issue cropped up soon after which again was attended to speedily and I am convinced this too will be handled efficiently. This is an excellent company which delivers brilliant after sales service and I would highly recommend it.

My window’s are 8 years old so still under guarantee. I had a leak , called customer service , really polite and helpful, sent a fitter around and problem was resolved promptly. Great service 👍👍
