Dreadful customer service, cancelled order so they can resell at a higher rate
The main issue was customer service — communication was slow, rude and unhelpful, and my concerns were not properly addressed. As a buyer, I expected clearer responses and better support, especially when purchasing directly from their website. Vague and unclear is unacceptable.
Overall, the experience felt frustrating and not very professional. Based on this, wouldn’t feel confident ordering from them again. My RSD item was cancelled because I had replied to their emails! As the item is now being sold for more on their website and Ebay, this is nasty behaviour. Thankfully I was able to reorder a copy for less than what I originally paid them for it.
I’d recommend others proceed with caution and consider this before purchasing from them, there are better more professional businesses out there.
