Dear Ivan Melik,

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced regarding the delay in receiving information about your booking. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we regret any frustration caused by the delay.

During peak seasons, such as the time of your booking, securing confirmations from hotels can sometimes take longer than anticipated due to the offline nature of the booking process in the country. We understand the importance of timely communication and try our best to provide updates within two days.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked to secure your accommodation. In situations where the originally booked hotel is unavailable, we always offer suitable alternatives to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. But we didn't hear back from you in this regard.

Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will use it to improve our processes and better serve our customers in the future. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Thank you for choosing our services, and we hope to have the opportunity to assist you again in the future.

Warm regards,

For Iran Visa. Miscommunication

For Iran Visa.

Cons:

I ended up with only being allowed to stay in Iran 3 days. This was* my plan, but what I really wanted was to have a 30-day visa in case something went wrong.

The travel medical insurance they provide is only for 10,000 in expenses. This seems way too low to me.
& This fact was not shown until after buying the insurance.

Pro. Got visa quickly.

Dear Peter,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We truly appreciate it.

Regarding the duration of your Iran visa, it's important to note that the Iranian embassy requires a clear and detailed itinerary, including specific accommodation and city details. As you provided an itinerary for only 3 days, we were bound to request a visa for that duration. If you had expressed the need for a longer visa duration or sent a manual request to extend your stay, we would have been more than happy to assist you accordingly.

As for the travel medical insurance coverage, you're absolutely right. We acknowledge that the current coverage limit of 10,000 in expenses may seem insufficient for some travelers. We have already forwarded your concern to the relevant department to explore adding different ranges of insurance coverage options and ensuring that this information is clearly displayed during the booking process.

Your feedback helps us improve our services, and we're committed to enhancing the overall experience for our customers. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.

Warm regards,

Reliable and Friendly

This is the second year that I issued the Iran Visa and the Travel Insurance with 1stQuest. Including a hotel reservation.

I would do it also for a third time.

Super efficient company!!

We used this company to obtain our travel insurance for our trip to Iran. I am a UK passport holder, and my husband is a Greek passport holder. The company sourced our insurance from a local Iranian company and our purchase online was swift and efficiently handled. Our travel insurance was accepted by both the Iranian Embassies in Athens and Dublin, for the purpose of collecting our visas. We were so happy with 1st Quest's service that we had recommended them to many friends who are also travelling to Iran. Before purchasing insurance from them, I have used their online chat service, and they had replied almost immediately! Great customer service and highly recommended!

The service was excellent

The service was excellent. I was answered quickly for all my questions and guided well.
Even though I faced a few issues with my visa that made me postpone my trip on really short notice they answered fast and agreed to postpone my reservation without extra cost and they helped me with the visa as well. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and everything went smoothly and I highly recommend it.
