5 stars easily, superb

After deciding to re-ignite my love of drawing and wanting to learn how to draw digitally and not just stick with traditional art, I was looking for online courses that I could do at my own pace and could offer me a wide range of subjects that would interest me and cater for my skill levels as I progressed. 21 Draw looked to offer a large selection of courses on many subjects delivered by a range of highly skilled professional artists. I decided to give membership a go, what a fantastic decision that has proven to be, 21 Draw is outstanding! There are so many courses to choose from for all different levels of skill that cover the many concepts of drawing I needed to improve my drawing ability. The courses I have done so far are really well structured and the knowledge and teaching methods of the instructors is superb. I have also discovered that they have a community section that lets me submit work and receive really helpful supportive and constructive feedback on many of the courses. I give 21 Draw 5 stars easily and would strongly recommend 21 Draw to anyone looking to either start their artistic journey or those who are already skilled in drawing wanting to refine and develop their skills. I have only just scratched the surface of what 21 Draw offers and already my drawing ability and artistic knowledge has dramatically improved. Fantastic work to all at 21 Draw, just excellent.

We do have a 30-day refund period for canceling subscriptions. However, we understand that the automatic renewal process may not have been clear enough. We're working on making this much clearer on our website and during the sign-up process to avoid any confusion.

You should have received an email notifying you about the automatic renewal a week before it took place, but sometimes it ends up in spam. Also, sorry for the delayed response. We didn't realize there were reviews being left here on Trust Pilot. Once again, I apologize for any misunderstanding, and we truly appreciate your feedback as we strive to improve.

I love 21 Draw

I love 21 Draw! I thought I could never learn something tangible like drawing and painting through video, but their courses are super helpful and fun!

Reading the other reviews here I was seriously considering not enrolling, but I read their refund policy which is clearly mentioned in their website: no refunds for a renewed subscription - so if you don’t want to renew it, just remember to cancel it before.
In my case, I still have 2 months to go but I guess I’ll renew it, I still have lots to learn and it’s a good use of my time.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I was not using the service but automatic renewal was enabled. When I received notification I asked to cancel my renewal and the answer was not.

Regarding the notification email, you should have received one about a week prior to the renewal, giving you a heads-up about the automatic subscription renewal. If you had received it, then you would have been able to cancel in time. I apologize if you never got it. Sometime these can end up in spam. Also, sorry that there was any delay in our response. Better tutorials on yt or patreon

I finished few courses and I would say I can find better tutorials on youtube. Some of the artists don't go too deep in the topic and some of them are going so deep that it starting to be some medical lecture... Seriously, it's even better to support your favourite artist on patreon than subscribe 21 draw. It's not worth that money. If you like some of these artists, go and support them, bmaybe you'll be happy. They didn't publish my opinion on 2 tutorials which was negative (i gave 2 or 3 stars), so obviously courses rating are scams like hell. Now I'm scared there won't be any option to cancel that subscirption at the end, but I guess there would be more information that this site is scam. If you are still wondering about buing their courses don't get excited by the tutorial quantity, because not all of them are a quality tutorials. Find someone who you like on patreon and I would guarantee that you will get valuable content there (of course depends on artist, but those who has a lot of followers provide quality content) and probably you will get some brushes there. Good one.

We publish all reviews on our platform and if a course falls below 4 stars out of 5 then we remove it. We've removed 2 courses to date out of around 50. Horrible Customer Service

Similar to the situation of the other reviewer, my account auto-renewed with no warning, only found out after I got the invoice, I contacted customer support, a few weeks ago and I got no reply.

That is an appalling service and terrible customer service (non-existant). I would add that is a bit pricey for what you get, compared to other sites like Domestika, but fair enough I did know the price before I signed up for it, after a year of using it on and off, I don't think the price tag is justified, and after seeing how they treat the customers, they have just lost another customer.

I understand that your main complaint is like other reviewers that you never received a notification that your yearly subscription would renew. I apologize for the confusion. As I mentioned to other reviewers, I completely understand that we need to be clearer about this. It's easy to forget when you sign up for a yearly subscription and that you may be shocked when the renewal takes place. Rest assured, we are actively taking steps to make the renewal process much clearer and more transparent on our website. Our most important objective is to ensure that customers have a full understanding of the renewal terms before they sign up.

Your other complaint says that our platform is too expensive. While I don't necessarily agree with you, I do respect your feedback. For the sake of perspective please keep in mind that we have almost 50 courses from the top artists in the world, and we only charge $59 dollars for 1 year subscription. That translates to around $1 per course for a year. This is much cheaper than all our competitors, and added to that we also treat our artists the way they should be treated, making sure we pay them well and continuously promote them, so that both 21 Draw and our artist partners can grow together. Not all other platforms do this. We are very proud of this and will continue to work with a select group of artists so that we can give them the attention they deserve.

Sorry for the long reply and the delay in getting back to you. We only seen these reviews recently. Your feedback is truly important to us, and apologies once again. We genuinely value your support and want to make things right. If there is anything else we can do to assist you or address your concerns, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Auto renewal and no refund, passive aggressive customer support

Company auto renews subscriptions with no warning! I contacted them 4 days after I received the invoice and was told they don't offer refunds. There was no warning I'd be charged. I explained I did try to cancel in the past but got an error.

I'm sorry I tried to even mention that, because not only it didn't matter, but I received a very passive aggressive email implying I'm lying, that they have a generous 30 day refund option for first time purchase, and how well intentioned their business really is. They literally asked me to show them more understanding..

I don't see how a business that behaves like that can claim to be well intentioned, but then again the email I got back really shows that they don't care about customer experience at all. Small business are supposed to offer better customer service not worse. Very very disappointed.

Do not recommend! Go to Domestika or Skillshare or literally any other competitor instead.
