AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
It's a complete scam, I have been making content for them since July and haven't been paid a penny for any of my work, despite seeing all my content live across all socials. Overall I am owed £800 and have been fed excuse after excuse as to why I haven't received it. They are scam artists and should not be trusted - do not work with this agency.

Don't trust 222 agency!

222 agency is not to be trusted!!! I got a partnership with Bumble through them and I made 2 videos, but I never got paid. After months of calling and emailing I get no response and no money. They owe me 350 euros. It's outrageous how they make money this way!

Does not pay its creators

I have created 3 videos for them in July. They were approved and I saw them used online as adds. I sent them invoice in July and was told I was going to receive the payment within one month. 3 months later I still have not received my money and they stopped replying to my emails.

Free lance video creator, my experience with 222agency. Not good.

completed project for this agency but after 2 months of back-and-forth emails for updates on my deliverables, they make excuses ie, still waiting for clients feedback after weeks, they generally slower in the holidays, client have been inconsistent due to leaves and away days. they say they "popped" another chaser to speed up the process but still nothing.
222agency I just want to get paid and move on...

Warning About Agency222 Fraudulent Business Practices

I would like to warn everyone about Agency222's fraudulent business practices. I paid $8500 for UGC-style ads but received none of the content.

We negotiated a contract where the monthly fee of $8500 would cover 20 UGC-style ads. It was a red flag that they only accept wire payments, which give no buyer protection. We had a single one-hour call to discuss project needs. A week later, they sent ad script drafts, which were highly disappointing and violated Meta's advertising policies on personal attributes. Despite giving them explicit instructions during the initial call to avoid such violations, they still sent the draft.

I spent another three weeks trying to revise the scripts through multiple back and forth emails, which they were very slow to respond to. When it came time to select creators for ads, the options were extremely limited. After requesting more options, I received only a few additional choices. Having already paid for the first month I reluctantly chose from limited selection.

Then, my main point of contact emailed me she is no longer with the company. They requested to wire another $8500. Despite raising these concerns, the management and the founder refused to deliver the agreed-upon 20 ads for the first month's payment. Instead of addressing the delays and poor performance, they just made excuses and requested that more funds be sent via wire.

As a result, I am left with $8500 lost and no results to show for it. I hope this helps others to avoid the same mistake.
