I ordered my charger direct from Hypervolt and was sent to 247ev for installation. As soon as I was assigned to 247ev it’s all been an absolute breeze. I got emails straight away to confirm they would be doing installation and then contacted again regarding booking in.

The guy has been today to install and it was as straight forward as everything else. He was very professional and has done an excellent job. He was also a Liverpool fan so obviously he was one of life’s good guys.

If you are shopping around for an EV charger and/or installation I wouldn’t hesitate to book these.

I only bought direct from Hypervolt so that installation was in their hands.

But knowing what I do now I’d have gone through 247ev for the whole process.

247EV were the nominated installer for the Hypervolt EV charger which I purchased directly on a supply and fit basis. The pre-installation process was straightforward with photos / video required from me which were easily uploaded via an online portal. The communication pre-installation was very good with telephone contact made by Danielle and Jo in the office to agree dates and provide pre-installation advice about what to expect. On installation day the fitter (Owen) arrived on time, was courteous, professional and we had a very productive discussion about how best to fit the EV Charger for the best aesthetic look as well as what worked practically. Owen was very accommodating and made some minor adjustments inside our meter box to fit the circuit breaker unit so as to be kept out of sight leaving only the charger visible. He was very straightforward to deal with, got on with the job without any fuss and was a pleasure to have around. All in all a first class experience with 247EV and would highly recommend.

A great experience from initial contact through to Martin fitting the charger.
I was expecting to have to pay an extra charge for the installation due to the distance from the meter but they came up with a solution to bring the installation within the standard charge.

From the office team through to Owen the installation man, 247ev were professional and polite. A well oiled machine from start to finish.

I was put in touch with 247 EV by a charger company (Hypervolt) as their approved installer. The inital response was quick and we discussed the options before a quotation was provided. It was nice that all correspondence was with the same person, who was always helpful.

The installation was booked over two days, due to a post needing to be installed, and within a couple of weeks of the original enquiry. The installers were knowledgeable and clearly took pride in doing a neat and professional job. When they finished they left everything tidy and clean, with a high quality finish.

After the installation I got a series of automated emails which provided all the installation documentation such as the electrical installation certificate and warranty information.

Overall a professional, quick and friendly installation. Many thanks!

From the first contact to installation, I was kept informed throughout, installer turned up on time, great lad, great job, didn't leave till he went through the charger app and I knew exactly what to do. Highly reccomended.

The Hypervolt charger is excellent. The white home 3 is crisp and modern design with lights that you can select making it very sleek. The installer who was local to us was extremely polite helpful and did a great, clean job.
