Poor quality chain
I bought a chain from them for a road bike. I went on a road trip with the motorcycle, 12 days of riding, constantly worried it would break because the quality was absolutely terrible. Despite proper tensioning and daily lubrication every morning, the chain would end up completely loose and it wore out 4 chain guides, chewed into the swingarm, and destroyed the engine sprocket and rear sprocket (which were brand new).
24mx didn’t want to know anything about it and didn’t refund me a single cent.

Buy from a uk seller, 24mx don't care.
I bought some blue Acerbis hand protectors from 24mx, when they arrived they were a totally different blue from the colour advertised, but I was willing to live with that I was however disappointed to find the plastic part had at some point be bent and was the point af splitting, after waiting 9 days for delivery you can imagine I was disappointed to say the least, but anyway, before I had noticed the split in the plastic I had already drill my plastic handle bar grips ready to fit, and had already ordered these for use on an upcoming enduro bike competition , so after contacting 24 mx they didnt really want to help, and as I told them, the last time I returned an item to them they denied it didnt get received, so not a very good experience , and not too happy.
