Quick, simple, good value for money.

Great selection of trailers. In my case it was for the transportation of a mc.
Trailer was in good condition. And lived up to my expectations.
If this trailer had been a "woman of the night" i would definetly have used her for 580km. Sleek sexy and rolling like a mf.

Easy and practical

Easy booking, easy pickup and easy return. Customer Service was also excellent.
The only thing is the app on the phone needs attention to the design as it clips off the text before opening a booking. You cannot see the full date and time.

New trailer, easy to book even from Denmark, easy to check in and checkout. Was just as expected.

it was nice that we could get the trailer whenever we wanted.

All worked well, without any problems.

The trailer was not maintained properly, and the converter for the electric cable was missing. So on advice from customer support, we cancelled that booking and received a refund.

We then bought an aftermarket adaptor and rented another trailer. I rented it from 1300-1700, however, the app had a problem (confirmed by customer support) and rented the trailer from 1400. Not wanting to wait an hour, I cancelled that booking, despite never activating the rental sequence, I was charged full price.

I then rented a 3rd time, from 1300-1700, this was fine until I had to return the trailer, when the padlock wouldn't open. Customer support advised me to initiate another rental for 1 hour and she would credit that rental.

So I rented a trailer for the 4th time that day, it deducted 178Kr from me and then told me "technical fail", I was still charged the 178Kr however.

So I rented the same trailer, for the 5th time that day, this was successful and I was able to re-install the padlock.

However, when I called customer support to request my refund, a very angry and impatient man told me he had no intention to refund any of the costs.

So I was charged 604Kr in errant and incorrect fee's, for problems confirmed by your own customer support.

In retrospect, I should have just left your broken padlock on the trailer for someone else to deal with, the price for my honesty was you punished me with failures and punitive charges.

I am far from satisfied and will not use you until you correct your problems and refund the money you have stolen from me.

Edit: Posting this 1 week after leaving my review. The company has since been in touch and refunded all costs. I applaud their swift action and am very grateful for their decisiveness.

As a result, I have upgraded my review from 1 star to 3 stars, because despite their generosity and genuine willingness to resolve the issue, there is still the issue of the trailers poor maintenance. IN this instance, I cannot completely disregard that, however I will use them again and consider the "slate wiped clean".
