I had a minor error retrieving my key for a game I bought, but support was very quick to respond and resolve the issue!

SCAM and FRAUDSTERS.

I purchased a key for Monster Hunter Wilds and only AFTER purchasing it, I was informed that there were no codes in stock. How can they get away with charging someone for a product they don't even have in stock. You CANNOT sell something you DON'T have in stock.

Going to do a credit card charge back.

I bought the wrong thing and they refunded me fast.

Had an issue with my key not loading, replied within 5 minutes, amazing service.

Even on the release day of a major title like Monster Hunter Wild, the customer service team at 2Game was able to respond promptly and resolve my account and product code issues. Thank you very much.

Due to congestion my code was giving me a "order not found" message. I contacted customer support and they replied within minutes, and i got my code within an hour or so. They were the cheapest deal at the time, so beyond that one quickly resolved issue, it was as advertised. If they continue to have good deals i can see myself ordering from them again.

I bought the MH Wilds key on the 4th of Feb and was hyped to play it today. Well I couldn't. The game was region locked for south korea and yes even though I reside in south korea for work purposes, I don't have a payment method for Korea and because of that Steam won't change the country I reside in. Which means the Korea locked key for MH Wilds won't work. The icing on the cake is 2Game doesn't offer refunds the moment you reveal the key so I'm completely screwed out of my money and the customer support can only tell me to create a new account, I don't wanna have to manage 2 accounts to play my game. There goes my money

Caveat: The customer support answered me in 5 minutes and was quick with their responses. Real bummer what happened but I can't deny the legitness of the company. Just be careful

Edit: 4 hours later now and I was able to get a complete random stranger to let me use their credit card to change steams location, I bumped it up to 3 stars because no matter the point these guys kept responding to me and I can't hate the company for my negligience.

The customer service representative patiently answered my questions, which was great.

The support team got back to me super fast, which really shows they care. For the game I bought "Monster Hunter Wild" it did take a bit of time to process, but they kept me updated along the way, so I felt confident I’d definitely get the game.

Support team are polite, they response to the problem quickly with simple clear explanation and solve the problem quickly with follow-up notification

While it took a few days to resolve my issue (my fault), it was resolved and I can play the game I purchased. I asked for a refund or a new steam key and they provided me with a new steam key.

It was well experience. I used 2game.com to buy steam games. The buying process and searching the game was well done. Still, there are some problems like the duplicate order which results in payment failure or ‘Reveal Key’ button was not appear properly on mobilephone site (but works on incognito mode).
