Pete was contracted to iheat to fit a new boiler a Viessman. He got in touch to let me know when he would arrive and explained what he was doing and why. There were a few issues due to the age of my system and he had to replace a pump too. But only charged the cost of the item as he was on site. He didn't sign off until everything was working. He has also corrected another issue which came to light afterwards again due the way things are here. I would definitely recommend him for any gas safe work

Pete came to replace our old standard boiler with a new Combi boiler. His communication of advising when he would arrive and even since checking everything is OK has been great. He carried the work out to high standard without any issues and was tidy and cleared all old equipment away as thoroughly explained the new boiler and controls. Would highly recommend

Pete replaced an old fashioned conventional gravity system with a new combi boiler. We are very pleased with the result. I no longer have to run about in the shower to get wet. Pete was in and out in just over a day and left our new bathroom clean and tidy. He was punctual and explained the process and how the new boiler works so we were confident when he left.
Three quotes were provided with options of boiler packages. I consider they were all very reasonable.
We paid what was quoted.
We will use Pete in the future for any other heating and plumbing services. He was a pleasure to meet.

Had Pete round to fit my boiler and to be frank, 5 stars isn’t enough.

When our old boiler broke down, the manufacturer advised it was irreparable. We were dreading the disruption of fitting a new boiler in such a tight, awkward space but that proved no challenge to Pete, who, without any objection, even relocated it at a lower level for our easier access. Brilliant job - quick response, efficient, tidy and ready to explain the workings of the new boiler and answer all our questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Pete again and can’t recommend him highly enough.

Had luke knight around today to fit our new combi boiler in our mobile home , He turned up on time as said he was efficient tidy workman with manners who is a perfectionist when it comes to his work everything was spot on exactly how he said it would be and answered all questions we asked(a lesser man would of got annoyed by our questions ) with vast knowledge giving us even more reassurance, he cleaned out all our radiator system aswell he does everything to top standards, arrived at 9am the new boiler was fitted by 2pm, so now I am at home drinking a pina colada with warm radient radiators and hot water very impressed and will recommend this man to my friends !

Very professional and friendly. Left the house very clean and tidy too. Even though Pete was running late due to no fault of his own (gas emergency), he made sure the job was completed perfectly and finished in a great time.

We purchased a boiler through Heatable and had no idea who was going to carry out the installation. All that I can say is that the engineer who turned up (Pete Connor) through 2Precise Ltd. was very professional, clean and tidy in his work, thorough and diligent. Pete worked hard from the moment he arrived until the installation was complete. He explained the new boiler controls and the nest thermostat completely. I am so pleased that we had a competent and hard working installer when you read such horror stories and am happy to give a 5* rating and would reccomend to anyone else considering using Pete.

I recently had my old conventional boiler replaced with a new combi boiler by 2Precise Ltd Engineer Pete Connor.
Pete was the ultimate professional. Prior to the instal he discussed at length with me my options.

On the day of instal he arrived at the agreed time. He worked in a clean and tidy manner and explained to me at every step of the way what he was doing. He removed all old materials once he was done including parts of the old boiler system that are now redundant.

I would highly recommend 2Precise to any one who needs a new boiler installed.
