2pure were the distributors for Goodr…

2pure were the distributors for Goodr sunglasses. The sunglasses broke in May and I filled out the form but heard nothing back despite emailing several times. I emailed them again this week to find out the company had gone into administration in May! Luckily another company has taken over Goodr in the UK so I will be able to sort out my warranty.

Aweful customer service

Like others, I am finding it impossible to speak to 2Pure to arrange a return. I have not received a reply to my emails in nearly a month, even though contacting 2Pure to enquire about making a purchase was easy enough!

Topoathletic.co.uk don't order

Writing this in the hope someone from 2pure responds to my email requesting a return. Ordered my Topo running trainers from Topoathletic.co.uk after receiving my Topo running trainers I contacted 2pure (company that sent the trainers) to advise that I needed to return them as they are too small. The advice on the website says to fill out the form - the form does not work. I therefore have emailed 3 times to request my return however I have not received any response. I have called the company but the phone goes unanswered or redirected to the website.
If I don't get a resolution soon I will have to raise the issue with trading standards.
I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. After ordering boots in January, receiving a faulty pair, then a faulty replacement, I am still attempting to secure a return & refund, receiving no replies to my communication. Topo Athletic in America have been really helpful, and recently informed me that they are finding new UK suppliers, ending their contract with 2Pure. I am guessing that this means I have more than likely lost the money spent on these, which were bought as a birthday gift. I'm currently looking in to my options!

What's a reasonable time to wait an email response on returns?

Unfortunately, this is one of the reviews where I'm just writing in the hope someone a 2 pure sees it so it can be sorted. Bought Topo ultraventure pro. Arrived promptly. No issues. The shoe was a great fit, looked good and I was pretty impressed. But become appeared after 2 short runs, that there were a few imperfections; stitching faults inside, distorting outside of shoe and and parts of the sole coming away already.

In regards to 2 pure, I want to arrange a return. Emailed last week, phone number just tells you to email. No response, no acknowledgement of receipt. When you spend £150 on shoes and they are faulty, I'd at least expect a generic response to say sorry for delay etc.

I'm trying to train for something, and a decent pair of trial shoes are very much needed, unfortunately I kinda need the money back so I can at least get a new pair! If this gets sorted promptly, more than happy to use 2pure again/update this review.

Finally got my refund!

I ordered some trousers for a present but discovered that I had spent £80 instead of £40. The package arrived with no returns label. I looked on the order page and emailed them it two different ways as there is no phone number. No response.
I want to return them as the trousers are now £40 on their website. The ones I have are way too expensive for what they are and I am essentially paying double!
Always suspect something is wrong when there is no returns label. Wish I had looked on here first.

However, after posting this review I received a swift email with return info. I had to pay for my own return.
They finally received the goods and I have a full refund to my credit card today.

No response to request for a return. Followed all their instructions but never got anything back from them so cannot return an item that didn’t fit. As you can only contact them by email, I’m suck - so zero customer service.

Ordered a Gramicci product and it was sent to the wrong address and then they never replied to any correspondence - phone, email, tweet - nothing. I would not trust this company and DO NOT purchase product from them online - you are likely to lose your money.

Incorrect sizes listed and 2pure doesn't reply to emails

Tried to order some trousers from Gramicci.co.uk (proudly distributed in the UK by 2pure Ltd).

First attempt - I didn't hear from the 2pure for two weeks after my order confirmation then my order was cancelled.

Second attempt - I was received an incorrect size (Asian Medium (= EU Small) instead of EU Medium). Waiting two weeks for 2pure to reply about exchange / return.

Yet to receive a reply. 2 for 2 unfulfilled orders.
