TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
My account was frozen on the 7th April 2026 with £1920 balance. Balance won legitimately on roulette.
No communication about why the account was frozen. Live chat useless saying was because account needed to be verified.
No emails for weeks. Nothing online saying I needed to be verified.
Finally got an email on 18th April, 11 days after my account was frozen to send in the following documents
Utility bill
3 months bank statements
3 months wage slips
Drivers license
All documents uploaded and still today 38 days later and my account is still frozen and I'm unable to access my balance.

Absolute joke slots are dodgy but more important is the shite you have to put up with from safer gambling. Constantly bothering you bombarded with on screen warnings absolutely ridiculous. Freezing accounts for 2 hours at a time saying you need a break to consider your activity. Treat you like an idiot who can't control there own money. In one day they froze my account 4 times and made me call safer gambling to answer questions before giving me access back. On the 4th occasion I just withdrew and deleted the account its absolutely dog shit, there's safer gambling and then this lot spoilt the slot session Absolute tossers.

Shame that I have to give them a star, they do not deserveit! I have deposited about £300 over 5 weeks to try their games. Never had a session longer than 5 minutes, played on £0,6/spin, on one slot I got 3 bonus features (over 5 weeks) £7,60, £8,80 and £3,40 outcomes, on the other slot I playrd, never got any feature!

I signed up and deposited £10, sign up bonus didn't actually show up so I contacted customer support and they were great, responded fast and explained it was active, after this I used my £10 then got my spins and got £160 back from the bonus so very satisfied with the games and the customer service. Also withdrawal took about half an hour so fairly quick.
